This exclusive Beachfront Condo is located on the quiet end of Fort Myers Beach. A location where you can walk on the sandy beach, hear the sound of the waves, feel the gentle sea breeze and take in the incredible views.
A perfect location - plenty of room to walk / hike / run. The beach is expansive and wonderful for those that enjoy the surf, the sand, shelling and dolphins. The building features a large heated pool with waterfall feature, a spa and an abundance of lounge chairs to relax and sun on. There are sundecks around the pool as well as one that overlooks the beach and Gulf. Prepare dinner on the gas grills located by the pool and clubhouse.
The condo is modern and well-appointed, The kitchen has been recently updated and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and modern cabinetry. Both baths have also been updated and there is in unit laundry!
A very livable layout with large bedrooms. The dining and living room spaces are roomy and comfortable. If you need to work- you will find a quiet desk area off the kitchen or you can always use the balcony.
Enjoy your early morning coffee while walking on the beach (just steps away) or if you like, take in the beachfront views from the screened balcony or the large Master BR.
Included with the unit you will find: Internet, Wi-Fi, TV with Amazon Fire Stick, all kitchen utensils (coffee maker, blender, hand mixer), all pots and pans, toaster, blow dryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board, fresh bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs and beach towels, initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and free on-site parking.
Walk to a number of services (~5 min) including coffee shop, breakfast and other dining, a sports bar, bikini and gift shops, subway sandwich shop and a 7-11 gas station. Just 2 miles up the street you will find a Publix grocery store as well as more restaurants and entertainment.
The space is updated and comfortable and offers all the convenience and amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. We provide a "starter kit" for your basic essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. We try to take care of your initial needs so you don't have to once you arrive.
