Amazing beach and gulf front condo with community pool, pickle ball and tennis courts help make this 1 bedroom condo the perfect getaway! Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer!

You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining.

The living area has a TV to watch your favorite programs. There is a queen size sleep sofa for your children or guests. Just relax and enjoy a good night's sleep in the king bed. There is in unit Wi-Fi for your convenience as well as Wi-Fi in common lobby area and pool. The laundry facility is located on the ground floor. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are tennis courts to get your feet moving and your heart pumping! Pool is open dawn to dusk.

You can walk the beach in either direction - south will take you towards Lovers Key State Park where you can enjoy nature walks or shelling on the beach - or north to Times Square to enjoy the shops, restaurants and activities that the island has to offer.

Closer at hand (almost directly across Estero Blvd.) is Santini Plaza, offering shops and restaurants to satisfy any palate.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Closer at hand (almost directly across Estero Blvd.) is Santini Plaza, offering shops and restaurants to satisfy any palate.

Beautiful Beach Condo on 6th floor with balcony towards océan

Condo is perfect for any couple and has pool and beach out the back just steps away. Location was great being on lower side of Fort Myers Beach. Definitely à good choice

Great location and view

Right on the beach and walking distance to several local restaurants. No dishwasher and bathtub could use some updating but clean. Entry with code was a bonus!

Clean Gulf front rental

This rental was a nice unit directly on the Gulf with easy access to the beach. This unit is well suited for a family of 4 or less with a full kitchen and full-sized refrigerator freezer. The pool was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs but could have used a few more options for shade. Overall, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Vacation Rental

Property was exactly as described and has everything you need. Plenty of beach stuff, chairs, umbrella, coolers, sand toys, and a wagon to haul everything. 6th floor has great views of the beach and ocean. The pool was perfect. Two Tiki bars just down the beach. We walked to everything. Location is far enough away from Times Square (about 5 miles) so nice and peaceful - which is what we wanted. Perfect vacation!!

Everyone should know that this is still very much a construction zone requiring wavers to be signed. The unit was very clean and was definitely on the Gulf. The kitchen area is very small, better suited for warming up than cooking.

Too many texts and emails!

The location and overall Estero Tennis and Beach Club is great.... nice pool, grounds and tennis courts.The rental company (Coastal Breeze) however is another story. We were barely checked in when the texts and emails started flying in, wanting to know "how's your stay going".They didn't stop until 3 days later when I asked them to quit bothering me on my vacation.The bathroom exhaust vent was nasty, and the tub did not drain. Disgusting, standing in who knows what and the shower curtain rod was way too low allowing the curtain to be down in the tub in the muck.They did come and attempt to fix it but as I told them it still drained slow. Not very good communication and nothing more was done. The ice maker did not work very well, buy your own ice and bottled water as the water is not cold and questionable in my opinion.The beach although under construction next door is in very good shape, considering the storms.The view is outstanding.So, all this being said, I give a medium rating with some negative situations.Attached is pic of greasy tub after they snaked it.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our week at this condo. It has a beautiful and unobstructed view of the gulf. It is in an excellent location, far enough away from the crowds to relax. The condos are very quiet and it has a relaxing atmosphere. The balcony was our favorite part and we spent a lot of time there. The bed was very comfortable and it has a large TV. The elevators were fast and we never waited long. The pool was nice and warm, although a little smaller than we preferred. The pool closing at 8pm didn’t make sense to us and we wished that it stayed open a little longer. The condo provided lots of beach equipment and that was very helpful. The beach itself is very narrow most of the day when the tide is in. It would’ve been nice to have a dishwasher in the unit and we felt that there was way too many pieces of furniture for such a small condo. I would recommend bringing washcloths and towels because the unit only provides a few and there isn’t a washer/ dryer in the unit. My biggest concern was the lack of water pressure in the shower but that wouldn’t stop me from returning. We really enjoyed our week in this condo.

Good Time at the beach

Great location, right on the beach. Nice place for a long walk and look for shells. Sunsets from the balcony were great. Plenty of space for 2 of us in the unit. Unit was supplied with everything we needed.

Perfect!

We stayed as a family of three with a toddler and could not have picked a better location! It was quiet, peaceful, and the beaches were wonderful. Our condo was great, any issues we had were promptly taken care of, the others staying in the building were extremely kind and made our stay wonderful. Several of the other condo owners that were on the beach came up to us every day and gave our 2 year old cool shells they found or called us over so that he could see some of the wildlife they had spotted. We will definitely be visiting again!
