This house is lovely! It’s large, clean and well cared for. There have been several furniture updates since the posted pictures. The pool area is beautiful! The owner is incredibly nice and very responsive. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!!

Great Villa

Booked the facility for a baseball tournament at the Braves training facility. The location was excellent for us, about a 20 minute drive to the fields and close to fast food restaurants. The house had everything we needed. The pool was a great hit with the teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked.

Nice stay!

This was our second time at this property, it’s perfect for our family! Very spacious and equipped with everything we needed! Pool was awesome and was cleaned twice during our stay but not the spa, so we didn’t use it but I’m sure it was functional. Communication was great with Terry, and we enjoyed our stay! The internet was a little slow because of the area, not the fault of the owner. Overall pleased.

The place was beautiful. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved cooking there! I will say that I would hire a different cleaning crew. Bathrooms and showers were clean, but overall the floors were not. Walking across the floor made our feet and socks dirty immediately. There was a great deal of dust under couches and beds, as well as areas of the floors that clearly had not been cleaned. The biggest issue we had was the pool. The heater did not work, so we were unable to use it at all. We were looking forward to the pool very much and that was a big reason we chose this property. I will say that the owner tried to fix the issue. He had a repairman there immediately, but that did not fix the problem. We did appreciate his efforts, but the bottom line is we did not get to use the pool at all. The owner did offer us a 350 reimbursement. We have not received that check yet, but have no reason to think it will not arrive. I would recommend this property 100% if the pool worked and if the floors were clean. It is a more quiet, remote area. The dock was nice for fishing.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We have stayed in the Cape Coral/Port Charlotte area the last 3 Thanksgiving, and this was by far the best house. The owner was very responsive whenever we reached out. The home was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed most of our time around the pool or on the dock. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and property

House was perfect for our family. The kitchen was a big hit since we cook a lot, it had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and fishing of the dock. We also enjoyed biking in the neighborhood. The entrance to the house was beautiful; breathtaking!!

Awesome!

Beautiful, spacious, and very clean! The house was well stocked with dishes, cookware, bedding, towels, pool and beach accessories and more! The area is secluded and quiet. Pool and spa were great, heated well. Internet a little slow , but other than that our stay was fantastic! Terry was also very helpful with any questions and minor issues quickly resolved. Thank you Terry! We hope to visit again in the future!
