This bespoke 2bd/2ba is your private waterfront resort experience with all the amenities: private pool and covered patio, fishing all along the 200ft canal bulkhead, boat dock, fish cleaning station, 3 kayaks, and plenty of lush yard for activities. We can also arrange for guided fishing trips, PWC boat rentals, and laundry service for additional charge.

Property is located on Salt Lake near the entrance of Copano Bay for quick access to wildlife viewing or your favorite fishing spot. Just minutes from downtown Rockport with access to charming shops and variety of restaurants. Rockport Beach, one of the top rated beaches in Texas due to its calm waters, cleanliness, and family friendly atmosphere, is just a 10 minute drive.

Property features many species of ducks, geese, cranes and waterfowl. Bird watchers don’t even need to leave the porch to enjoy. Want a good night sleep? Purple beds are wonderful with blackout blinds on the windows, strong AC, and quality, hypoallergenic sheets, pillows and comforters. Enjoy music? Bring your favorite vinyls to spin on the record player or connect to the Bluetooth portable speaker.

Like to cook? Our open concept kitchen makes things easy to find and the outdoor pellet and gas grill combo makes bbq a breeze. Plenty of local restaurants and food delivery services makes eating out or in convenient.

Why pay for an expensive resort or condo when you can have it all to yourself? This stylish cottage is perfect for a family or two couples looking for fishing, wildlife, adventure or just relaxing decompression…

The only downside to this property is that it is a 900sqft cottage. Plenty of room for 4-6 guests but anymore and things are going to be cramped. We have a strict 6 adult overnight guest policy for this reason. The bathrooms are beautiful and functional but also small. The shower has a 7” step to get in and out. Also the pool is slippery getting in and out. For most folks this won’t be any problem but guests with mobility challenges may find this uncomfortable and might want to consider a property that is more accommodating in this regard.

Finally we would like to note that the kitchen does not have an oven but does have a full cooktop. If you need laundry facilities the host can help you, just reach out to her.
