Welcome to Margarita Villa– a stylish and modern 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom beach getaway just a block from the pristine sands and surf of Jacksonville Beach. This beautifully appointed two-story home offers ocean views and is ideally located on 2nd Street in North Jax Beach, only steps from top-rated restaurants, vibrant bars, and the newly opened Margaritaville Hotel.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy sitting area on the lower level, featuring a TV and sleeper sofa – the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The ground floor also includes two inviting guest rooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a king, each with its own TV. These rooms share a bathroom and provide direct access to the private outdoor patio.

On the second floor, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is designed for modern beach living, with a full gourmet kitchen featuring a gas cooktop. Enjoy ocean views from the balcony off the living room, and take advantage of the convenient half bath on this level. The spacious primary bedroom suite, located at the back of the home, includes a king bed, TV, and an en-suite master bath with a large shower.

Outside, the paver patio offers plenty of seating and a grill for alfresco dining, making it easy to enjoy the beach breeze. The home also features a garage and is just steps away from the beach and the 6th Avenue North beach access, adjacent to Margaritaville. You will find plenty of games available in this home, including Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Corn Hole, Electronic Darts and much more. Great for enjoying after a day at the beach.

Nice place

The place was clean and tastefully decorated. It’s a great location with a nice coffee shop across the street and a Greek donut / ice cream shop just around the corner. Also plenty of restaurants within a close walk.

Great place with an ocean view and only a block from the beach! Everything was set up as we arrived and it was very welcoming. Good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. The house itself is equipped with tvs in every room and all the beach stuff you could need. Chairs, towels, toys, lots. Great place!

Perfectly situated, beautifully appointed, completely comfortable and hard to leave!! This home had something for everyone...a porch with rocking chairs for Nana, dark bedroom downstairs for a new baby, garage space for wedding day storage, amazing beds and pillows for us and every kitchen item you think you might need. You do have an ocean view and breeze, as well as the ideal location to quick eats, afternoon drinks or fine dining.

Beach Visit

Stayed here for three nights in last weekend of June with daughter, husband and four grandchildren. This house was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped… they thought of everything. Location was excellent also. Minutes walk to beach and shops and restaurants. Very convenient. Would stay here again!

4th of July in Jax Beach

Great central location to all Jax Beach has to offer and only a block to the beach! Very clean and nicely decorated- our family really enjoyed our stay. The garage was a bonus to store our bikes.

Great house close to the Beach

Long weekend with family

My husband and I stayed here with our daughters (2 and 4) and my husband’s mother for a long weekend. The beach was just a short walk and easily accessible with our wagon. The house was clean and set up nicely for our party. The fenced in patio was nice for young children. The location was excellent.

Loved Every Minute!

I loved everything about this house! From the balcony to the location. Everything about our stay was amazing! My 18 year old got to lay out in back while my 6 year old played in the outside shower. The neighbors were also very friendly. We loved the Deliecomb restaurant right on the corner and such close access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental!

Perfect in so many ways

Margarita Villa is spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you might need at every turn. The furnishings, kitchen ware and supplies, and beds are all high quality. Beds are very comfortable as are the living room couches. Dining table and chairs along with a large island made the space complete. The front balcony with a little view of the ocean with seats for four is private, yet one can people watch and enjoy the breeze at the same time. The back patio is complete with seating areas and a BBQ grille - it was great for our small gatherings; while being private to the outside. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenient location.

Run for the sun

My husband and my sons were running the annual summer beaches run near here. This location was perfect for the race and for any other beach related activities we did. Easy short walk to the beach and all necessary equipment to enjoy the beach were provided. The house was beautiful and very technology advanced. The layout was perfect for our grown family. Communication with the property management company was easy and efficient. We would stay here again tomorrow.
