This lovely two-story townhome has two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen on the first level, complete with all the essential kitchen utensils .Your incredible home comfortably sleeps 10 people in five lavish bedrooms, or up to 12 people when the sofa bed in the upstairs loft is used. For added convenience, there are four full bathrooms, one-half bathroom, and seven televisions throughout, all equipped spectrum TV over 60 channels.

Great Property in Four Corners

Location and gated community were perfect for our visit. We were a little disappointed at the level of cleanliness. The house was surfaced clean but when we moved the couch there was quite the accumulation of crumbs, debris and even a baby bottle. The property was well layed out and very functional for the 10 of us. Our one complaint was that it needed a deep cleaning.

Quick Holiday Getaway

We took a quick trip to Florida to see friends and family. The house was perfect for all of us and very clean. Seema was very helpful and easy to get a hold of with any questions. The proximity to everything in Orlando was great!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Seema's VRBO. Seema, as well as her on-site contact were very responsive in ensuring my questions were answered/needs were met. The house is as pictured, it's great that it's a short distance from the resort pool area. However, there are a couple things that I'd recommended adjusting....the thermostat is set at 75 degrees, that's warm for indoors on any day. Although you can adjust the temp, it resets back to 75 at like 4am and makes it uncomfortable. The other recommendation is pool lighting at night, there isn't enough. There is a motion light near the pool but in order for the light to pick up your motion, you have to get out of the pool. If the lights in the pool were on or the motion light was adjusted to pick up movement while in the pool at night, that would be perfect. Aside from that, all was well and I would recommend as well as book this home again.

Beautiful villa

We really enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful, like new villa. It had everything you need! The owner and manager went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need! Just a short walk to pool area. Kids loved lazy river and want to go back there next year.

Disney 2022

The owner was great to work with, the manager also. The townhouse was very nice, the only two things that were not good was the parking is very tight. We had a Tahoe and a four door truck. We ended up have to park one down the road. The biggest issue for me was the air conditioning. I didn’t mind it resetting for a while we were at the parks but it was warm when we got back. We would turn it down when we got back but it would take a couple of hours to cool down then it would reset back to 74 or 75 while you were trying to sleep and that’s just to warm for use. The owner gave us the code for the thermostat when we got there when I called her because it was way to warm in the townhouse. She said we could turn it down to 69. Which we did but we didn’t know it would keep returning to the 74 and 75 after a few hours. But the townhouse had everything you needed and having a private pool was good.

Perfect Disney Getaway

Super clean and like new. Location to Disney Parks is excellent. 15 mins away from Disney World. Amazing pool with Heater. Space and room sizes is great. Loved decoration and like new conditions of furniture and appliances. Would recommend and stay again.

Private splash pool with a separate bath access and a spacious lanai for entertaining. Property has a detached 1 stall garage with alley access. The community amenities include resort-style clubhouse, resort-style heated pool and spa, lazy river, fitness center, poolside cabana's, on-site store, playground, volleyball, tennis, basketball, game room, restaurant, bar, relaxing lounge area with indoor/outdoor fireplace, TVs and much more. Homes include: internet, cable, and daily valet garbage disposal. This community is located minutes from Walt Disney World, golf courses, shopping, grocery stores, and airport.
Pool heating is offered for an additional $25 per day plus tax. Between November and April, we suggest adding pool heat to your reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
**The home's entrance is located in the rear of the townhome by the pool area which is close to the parking area for up to 2 vehicles.
