Sunrise to sunset

Beautiful views of the sunset over the pool, a short walk to the beach, and restaurants all close by made our stay unforgettable. As long as you're ok with stairs this place is perfect for families.

Great location, pool and views!

Clean property with excellent location, pool area, boat dock and gorgeous views of the Lower Laguna Madre. Condo itself was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. Highly recommend for SPI bay/boating vacation.

This property was all as described, and the sleeping accommodations perfectly fit our needs for 6 adults. The property was perfectly located on the island for restaurants, clubs, and visits to Port Isabel. The sunset views on the bay were spectacular from the windows and porches.

Family Winter Trip

The overall experience at this property was wonderful! It started off by great communication with Elizabeth. She was very responsive to any questions we had and was always quick to respond. Information and pictures provided about the property was very accurate. Great location that allowed us to walk everywhere and be so close to the beach. We would love to come back and stay again. I must say the stay was excellent, very clean place ,everything in the kitchen was wonderful, towels to use in the bathroom, beds we so comfortable, we were so close to lots of places ,the beach was across from the condo ,Elizabeth was wonderful sent me all the info i needed to get in ,i must say i will pick this place again to stay at ,we had a blast and i highly recommend this place Thank you Elizabeth for responding so quickly

Spring Break 2025

First time visiting South Padre Island. Unit worked well for our family (my husband and I and two adult children with significant others)A lot of places are accessible with a quick walk- including the beach. Pool and hot tubs were perfect and private. The condo itself was very well maintained and I appreciated the extras- i.e., beach chairs, coolers, and wagon to pull items to the beach. The layout of the townhome allowed 6 adults plenty of space and included a tucked away office nook perfect for reading and 4 balconies to allow private time for couples. 10/10 would rent again if we return to South Padre. The only thing that we'd change is that it was spring break and cars were cruising the strip. The bedrooms face the road so the weekend nights were loud.

A great house on a great location.

I can honestly say that this was a great townhouse plenty of space, everything you need, very up-to-date. My wife and two teenage daughters we're very pleased our whole trip. This location allows you access to many of the features of the island. A gated, safe condo community with absolutely wonderful host. I was in contact with Elizabeth a few times during the week and she always responded. They really went out of their way to make sure that my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot

We stayed here for the Easter break and had an amazing time. The home is in a perfect location. Walking distance to lots of things. Short walk to the beach. The house itself was just great. Perfect vacation vibes. Spacious and looks even prettier in person. Multiple balconies with great bay views. The home is equipped with everything you need. The pool and hot tubs were fun and relaxing. My family was very comfortable and really enjoyed staying there. We had no issues whatsoever. The host was wonderful. We hope to make this our vacation rental for future trips.

LOVED THIS CONDO!!!

We absolutely loved our week long stay at this condo! The host really thought of everything to make our stay super comfortable, and she was always available with super fast response times. The A/C on the 2nd floor went out (we didn’t even notice b’c the 3rd floor was still keeping the place cool). But the owner had it fixed (whole new compressor and everything) completed in less than a day and we were never disturbed cause they did it during times we were going to the beach. Home maintenance happens, and I just think it was AMAZING how fast the owner was able to complete this and without it interrupting our vacation what so ever! The views of the bay were beautiful and provided some entertainment with the boats going by (or getting stuck on the sandbar lol). The multiple balcony’s were so nice to hang out on, and really the entire home was so tastefully decorated. OH! And the beds!!! They were SO comfortable!!! The best beds I’ve stayed in EVER at a VRBO/Abnb home and I can’t tell you how much I truly appreciated that! To add to the benefits of this home, I really loved the fact that we could use the garage if needed. We have a lot of expensive fishing equipment that we were able to store in there while we weren’t out at the beach or offshore, and knowing it was secure there instead of on a back patio or taking up room in a vehicle made our trip much more enjoyable! Really and truly this was the best hosted home I’ve ever stayed in in the island!

This property was awesome! We all loved getting up in the morning and seeing all of the wildlife of the multiple balconies. It was fun, going down to the dock and seeing the fish, crabs, and other wildlife in the water. We didn’t have a boat, But you could surely dock there and go out in the bay and go fishing. The condo was clean and nicely laid out with the kitchen and table for dining, which was also near the balcony. It was fun to get to visit with the owners sons large turtle Bowser! There were beautiful sunsets on the bay side, and we would walk a couple of blocks to the other side of the island to watch the sunrise on the Gulf side! Elizabeth was an excellent communicator and answered all questions and provided good tips on places to eat and visit. Obviously, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this awesome property!

Everything we needed and more!

Stayed here over a very chilly Christmas. Very easy check in following Elizabeth’s instructions. Very clean and well stocked kitchen; had no problems making a couple of dinners. Elizabeth provided all necessary bathroom products, body and hand soaps, shampoos and conditioners, toilet paper, and garbage bags, dishwasher detergent for the kitchen. Not having to buy these items makes such a pleasant change! It’s a great location to explore the island too. We brought our bikes and cycled to visit the turtle sanctuary and nature walks; both worth a visit. The beach is lovely too; there are many public beach access points. We loved watching all the birds that visited the dock area. Despite the cooler temperatures we were still able to heat up the hot tubs to use. Elizabeth provided very quick responses to the couple of questions that I had. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the accommodation, location. It was just as it was pictured size was great. We had 3 adults and 5 kids from age 5 to 14. We would definitely try to stay here again if we go to South Padre.

Beautiful Place

The place was beautiful! The view was beautiful!! Beware there is LOTS of stairs! 36 to be exact. Three floors. Eighteen stairs to main living and then eighteen more to bedrooms. If you have no problem with stairs then they are worth it for the view you get!

Great place to stay!

The property is well-maintained with a very attentive property manager. The condo has been well-stocked with amenities. This is a great place to stay on the bay side with beautiful pool area and protected pier with boat stalls.

Our experience with Elizabeth’s condo was amazing. The condo has everything for you to enjoy your stay. Plenty of room and very nice decorated. The pool and the views are beautiful. The communication with Elizabeth was great. She is very responsive, kind she is and always trying to help. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone with family. I can not wait to stay again at Elizabeth’s place again!

Hello, I am Elizabeth! My family and I have been hosting for several years, and LOVE offering beautiful spaces, lots of amenities and incredible views to our guests. We have made SPI our second home because of our love for the island, kite boarding & watersports, wildlife and all things SpaceX! We live in Oregon most of the year, but travel to South Padre Island as often as possible. We have a completely separate unit on the first floor of the property which gives our guests total privacy but assistance when needed. We care about our property-- this is not just a rental but a well cared for lovely space that provides a relaxing retreat from the world's stresses. Watching the birds out of the huge windows, a glass of wine as the sun sets over the bay and enjoying a beach stroll just a few minutes walk from our home at sunrise. Just a few of my favorite things at our SPI home! We hope you love this special place as much as we do!
