The owner has put a lot of attention to detail for a wonderful welcoming feel. From the front balcony, you have a view of the water. This condo is located on a quiet street. The updated kitchen is stocked with everything you need.
You get a beautiful king size bedroom in the Primary Suite. The second bedroom is wonderfully decorated with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds. You will love the Charm in this condo. You also have a washer and dryer in the unit
Out back you will find a wonder private pool and pool deck. You will love this tropical oasis. Enjoy your afternoon at the pool, or walk the block to the beach. Either way, it will be a Win Win for the family!
