It's located within 7-10 minutes walking distance to the clubhouse which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts & pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and a huge playground.
The family room has lake views, and cozy fireplace. A well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances. The screened back porch features lake views with a full-size sofa's, chair, dining table for 6. Off the screened in porch leads to another deck area with gas grill. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with tv and primary bath. The guest room features a queen size bed, with tv. The 3rd bedroom features two twin size bunk bed. The guest bath features tiled bathtub/shower.  Washer/dryer in unit. While at the resort you can enjoy a great 18 hole golf course designed by Lee Trevino and Dave Bennett.  There is a mechanical boat launching facility at the resort. A recently renovated log cabin with restrooms, covered picnic tables, fire pit, and charcoal grills are available for large gatherings. Excellent location near the General Burnside State Park and Burnside marina, with a less than 10 minute drive. Temporary boat parking is available near security gates for extra fee (paid to Woodson). General Burnside is a free spot to put your boat in the water for a day on the lake. Close to Somerset, where you can find groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. Woodson Bend offers many amenities, particularly during the summer months. You might find yourself swimming and listening to a local band, watching a fabulous fireworks display, playing tennis or pickleball on the courts, or engaging in a round of golf.
