There is something for everyone here at the Lake, whether you are looking for a family friendly vacation, romantic getaway, outdoor adventure, shopping trip, or a round of golf.
Grab a drink and come relax on our covered patio and enjoy this great view of the MAIN channel. This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom that sleeps 6. Located in the peaceful, family friendly complex of Breakwater Bay Condominiums.

Luxury! Comfort! Convenience!

Breakwater Bay Complex is centrally located in Osage Beach, MO, the heart of the lake. Nestled on the Osage arm at the 22-mile marker. Just minutes from the new MARGARITAVILLE!
Besides its magnificent view, this complex offers a large lakeside pool, gazebos, playground, tennis court, basketball hoop, and fishing from the docks.


This lakefront property is luxuriously furnished with quality and comfortable furnishings, including new countertops. It is one of the most unique units at Breakwater Bay due to the spacious walk-out patio that takes you straight to the lake. Just steps from the boat dock and less than 200 steps to the pool.

You don't even have to leave bed for a speculator view of water and boats. This master bedroom is lined with over-sized windows that overlook the lake. Furnished with a brand-new king-sized bed, dresser, 45” flat screen tv, and a private bathroom.

The second bedroom features another king-sized bed, 45” flat screen tv, and is attached to the shared second bathroom. It has plenty of room to unpack and unwind for your stay.

Living area includes a full-sized sofa bed that sleeps 2 guests, 65” flat screen tv, and double sliding glass doors that lead to the patio.

With a fully equipped kitchen this condo meets your indoor cooking needs. Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, there are great restaurants nearby such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, Landshark, and for breakfast you must try The Cozy Cafe.

To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, 7 bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.


Don’t forget to inquire about the 12x28’ boat slip for rent!
No trailer parking or boat launch available at this location.

Lots of stairs to get to the property, but that seems to be the case with much of the Ozark area. The view was very nice. We loved having the space on the porch to have our morning coffee. The size of the kitchen was perfect to make meals in. The space was well suited for 4 people. The house was exactly how it looked in the pictures and the owners were quick to communicate. The biggest problem for us was the cleanliness. Upon arrival, the door was not locked, it was just hanging open. Even with that, when we stepped in, the smell of mildew was very strong. They had Damp Rid containers around, but it didn't seem to help much. Even the towels smelled musty when we used them. Some had bleach stains on them. They felt like cheap, old towels. The matter bedroom sink drained very slowly. Not sure how this was missed when (if) they cleaned the bathroom? Every time we washed our hands, the sink would fill and take awhile to drain afterwards. There was mold on the shower door frame too. The biggest problem however, was that we went to crawl into bed after a long day of traveling and the sheets had long black hairs on them. This prompted us to look further under the blankets only to find the sheets were DIRTY. Visibly soiled. So, at 11:00 at night we had to call to find clean sheets and change our own bedding. The owners said they would contact the cleaning person. They also compensated us for the inconvenience, but it should never had been that way.

Family Trip to the Ozarks

The location and property was good. I liked the pool and how close it was to the condo. I wish there was a place to swim in the lake at this condo but there was not. The beds were comfortable and cooking utensils and appliances were good. The toilets could have been cleaned a bit better and there were brown stains on some of the blinds. The towels also had a musty smell. Maybe use better laundry detergent. Overall we had a blast and it was perfect for our little family!

Great location/responsive hosts

The hosts were agreeable to early check in, which was great! They notified us when the pool wasn’t going to be available during our stay and offered a reasonable partial refund as it was going to be difficult to find something else on such short notice. The condo was clean. The listing was Not confusing. While it is listed as a 2BR/2BA, the pictures describe a 3BR and show another pic of one of the other BR and label it a futon. In actuality, it is just a pull out sofa in the living room. Upon pulling it out, the left side kind of caves in so that your head is lower than your feet if you sleep on that side. Luckily, my teenager can sleep anywhere. We enjoyed the deck and beautiful voted off the lake. My BIL enjoyed fishing by the docks. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Spot for Families

We found this property to be very convenient, comfortable, and clean. It was stocked nicely, and the owners were very easy to communicate with if needed. It is a family friendly location with beautiful lake front view!

The condo was great but I didn’t read that it was not walk in level from parking. It was probably 30 steps down with a landing between them, but the 30 temps up were a killer, especially when we were 70’s & 80’s. Just be sure you can handle the ups and downs.

Stay at the lake

I don’t have much to say except the lake is always so breathtaking and beautiful that you can’t help but be swept away and overwhelmed with peace and amazement. I would recommend it at least once a year but if you can twice a year, it’s worth the effort!

Lake Ozark Condo

Everything was good. However to get down to the condo, thrre were 3 flights of stairs. It was the biggest challenge for me as I am 71 years old with health issues.

Wouldn’t recommend if you have kids.

We were delighted by the beautiful scenery including the bluffs across the way. We learned this property has older people that prefer to be alone with no children around. The neighbor complained to the owner that my kids were jumping on beds and were on the docks unsupervised. The old man told us to our faces to get our kids off the docks AND felt the need to complain after we did as he asked. We were scolded and made to feel very uncomfortable by this man. To add insult to injury, the owner of this condo called me twice and texted to tell us to get off the docks and be quiet. Mind you, it was 1pm on a Thursday and the place was vacant except a few people. I didn’t agree with being treated like a child by two different adults. Just to be clear, there is no rule about kids on the docks and my kids are a bit noisy upon arrival as they were excited. Not jumping on the beds as were accused. In fact, we are a family with multiple people that are hearing impaired. It is unfortunate that we were treated like a nuisance. Additionally, the condo had four powerful air fresheners that caused two of us to have headaches. If someone needs that many air fresheners, they are covering up some kind of smell. Overall, the condo itself is nice and the view is lovely. This is an adults only condo and there’s zero patience for kids. If you walk silently and keep your voice a whisper, then you will be happy here.

Nice Place!

We stayed here in Summer of July 2023. Didn't spend much time in the property, but it was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very comfortable beds, nice set up with separate bathrooms. Only thing we didn't like is the stairs....even though it is a first level property, there are two flights of stairs to go down from parking lot to get to it. Just be aware of that.

Very basic

The condo was clean and the location in the Breakwater Bay complex was convenient. The pool at the condo was nice to be able to utilize. You have to turn the water on when you check in and off when you leave. It’s not a huge inconvenience, but we didn’t realize it right away. It’s our fault though because it was written in the book under check in instructions. You have to make sure you you run the dishwasher in plenty of time before you leave so it is done prior to having to shut the water off. It was advertised that there was body wash and shampoo, but there was only enough in the bottle for one shower. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. The hallway bathroom smelled musty like there was some water issues in there. The description said the condo had been updated with granite countertops, but there were no granite countertops. That’s not a problem, but was just inconsistent with the description. It was a basic rental property without anything exceptional to want me to return.

Happy Stay

The unit was very clean and exceptionally well stocked with many kitchen utensils. The porch provides a gorgeous view of the lake. Would highly recommend this unit.
