Ocean Front Condo Cayman Kai by Rum Point - SeaRendipity frente a la playa y snorkeling

Nuestro Sea Lodge está ubicado directamente en la playa a lo largo del lado norte de Gran Caimán en la hermosa zona de Caimán Kai, tranquila, amigable y segura.
Es una propiedad frente al mar con una hermosa vista al mar que va desde el azul turquesa al zafiro profundo. Está protegido por un arrecife de coral a unos 200 metros de distancia y nos proporciona una gran esnórquel, tanto si es un principiante como si es un buceador ávido. La natación es genial en el agua cristalina y brillante. Nuestra playa prístina tiene arena hermosa y es tentadora para dar un agradable paseo, relajarse bajo el maravilloso sol o construir grandes castillos de arena. Nunca está abarrotado y es muy privado y pacífico, proporcionando ese sentimiento aislado de la isla.

Atractivamente amueblado, unidad de dos dormitorios con camas king size en cada habitación, cada uno con su propia cocina y baño recientemente renovados. Nuestro refugio para el mar duerme 4 colchones de aire pero 2 con bombas proporcionadas si es necesario para dos niños u otro invitado. También es ideal para dormir bajo las estrellas en el porche junto al mar.
Hay una cocina moderna totalmente equipada y una parrilla Weber al aire libre.
Netflix, reproductor de DVD con películas (sin televisión por cable), conexión a Internet WIFI y teléfono celular prepago para usar en cualquier lugar.

Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, pero a menudo no es necesario con la agradable brisa tropical y las maravillosas puertas de rejilla en cada habitación y en la sala de estar que da al porche junto al mar. Escucha y relájate al ritmo de las olas y disfruta del aire del océano; las puertas abiertas hacen grandes noches.

El porche junto a la playa es ideal para salir a comer bajo las estrellas o mirar la luna salir del agua. También es relajante simplemente sentarse y contemplar el Mar Caribe.
Mirar fijamente y buscar satélites en lo alto del cielo, o encontrar constelaciones, ya que los cielos son tan claros. Binoculares provistos.

We enjoyed the snorkeling in the area behind the cottage better than the rest of the island spots. Very peaceful location with great views of the water, reef, wind, sand, palms, coconuts, etc.We cooked every day and the kitchen and cottage were well stocked for our needs during a 2 week stay.

Perfect relaxing beach vacation

This place is amazing! The views are spectacular, it is quiet and well maintained, landscaping very nicely kept. The best part of all was the amazing ocean breeze that came through the entire condo, it was lovely!

Living on the beach

We had another great stay at Searendipity. The location can't be beat if you love the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf crashing out at the reef. The property is clean, updated and all necessities are provided. It was perfect for two couples. The good wifi and internet allowed our daughter and her partner to work remotely when needed.

August 2022 stay

Stayed here with my wife and three teenagers - we all loved it. Right on the beach, quiet, private - really nice feel to the place. We stayed at a more up-scale condo with a pool, etc. for our second week, and we all liked this place better.

Great place

We've stayed in places all over the island and we have to say that this is our favorite. The condo was as described and had everything we needed. The beach was wonderful and restful. The snorkeling was great, we saw sting rays, colorful fish among the coral and even a nurse shark! When we return to the island we will stay here again.

Amazing location!

We loved our stay here! The house is right on the beach, and we were able to walk out to see the sunrise every day. We had the beach to ourselves, and it was a nice, quiet and relaxing stay. The screened porch was a great place to enjoy dinner and relax in the evenings with the ocean breeze. The house had everything we needed, and we would recommend a stay if you're looking for a no frills place with all the basics in a quiet location just steps from the beach.

A grand stay in Grand Cayman

The setting and condo are grand. Each couple had their own bathroom and the main room and kitchen were perfect and we ate on the screen porch. Snorkeling from in front of the condo is amazing!!! We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay. Barbara was kind to help us with one small issue we had and was very prompt. House was clean and had everything you need. It’s your home away from home. I would recommend staying in condo 23 and if/when I come again I will also stay again! Thanks for the wonderful home and we are sad to have to leave.

We enjoyed the screened patio, peacefulness and panoramic view. The owner responded quickly to concerns regarding television. We appreciated detailed local information supplied by the owner. Unfortunately, one the wives experienced a slight stroke and had to leave early. Hospital care on the island was very good. Thank you for the good part of out trip.

Great beachy property

We’ve stayed in another unit here previously and love the location. Snorkeling out front to the reef is always amazing and you are very close to Rum Point and Kaibo. We prefer the quieter side of the island. The unit does get hot in the main areas, but we left the AC on low in the bedrooms with the doors closed so we could cool down between outdoor activities or cooking. We did already know this about these condos so it was expected. Plenty of kitchen needs were available to us, actually had soap for the washer and dryer which was great. Would absolutely stay here again. 100% as expected.

Winter Break

Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home! This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we found the beautiful, peaceful setting of your home to be just want we wanted. Step out the back door directly to the beach, beautiful waters and great snorkeling! Drive/walk down to Rum Point to catch the glass bottom boat to Stingray City (great experience), hang out, or grab a bit of food. Exploring the island via car from one end to another was easier than expected. Our relaxing vacation was a mixture of rest, seeing the sites and great food. We are now back to our part of the world with great memories and plans to return!

Updated traditional beach house in fantastic location

This unit is in a fantastic location right on the beach. It is more traditional style beach condo in comparison to much of the glitzy new construction on Cayman beaches but it has been thoughtfully updated inside and was spotlessly clean and very very well appointed (when have you last seen a melon baller in a rental) We definitely preferred the vibe of this place to something super-modern and the price was very reasonable for being right on the beach. With a breeze during our whole stay we turned off the air conditioning and just appreciated the sea air blowing through the hurricane blinds. Rum point was a great place to hang out with good food and service. Lots to explore using this location as a base including the botanic gardens, East End (frigate bird feeding at Tukka and Parrot sanctuary were fun for kids). Also the kids spent hours playing outside in the sand. Snorkeling out front (and doing drift toward rum point) was great although we got unlucky with strong winds during much of our stay so did not do as much of this as we would have liked. Google Testudo’s Cayman Snorkel Blog for details of snorkelling this area. Overall a terrific experience and highly recommended.

Old time Caribbean beach cottage!!

Just spent a week at SeaRendipity and it was way better than I hoped. Right on the beach with warm sea breezes and fabulous sunrises. We snorkeled every day. Lots of beautiful reef fish, stingrays, turtles, coral, fans, and even a spotted eagle ray! The cottage was clean and very well equipped. It felt like the Caribbean of 50 years ago. If your looking for a peaceful, quiet, and romantic destination, this is it. Watching the stars is so much better than watching screens. Dining on the seaside lanai was terrific! Ed made the entire process easy and was always accessible. I definitely recommend this property for your beach vacation!

Amazing Experience

My family of four had a great experience at this rental property. It was a very relaxing vacation due to the fact that we almost had the ocean to ourselves. The rental was very well equipped and my boys loved reading the reef coral, reef fish, and the reef creature's books that were left for us on the table. We were able to find almost every single fish in the book! We snorkeled the Rum Point reef drift route almost every day and managed to see different types of rays, a green moray eel, lobsters, turtles and even a nurse shark! We loved the location, privacy, and cooking at the property which saved us a lot of money. It is definitely a little piece of paradise! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Purchased this Sea Lodge from a lovely couple who owned the unit since 1985. We enjoy beach life and snorkeling.

We had spent many years traveling to Mexico, but after having a child, we wanted a safer place. We fell in love with the Cayman people, the beautiful water, snorkeling, and diving. The pristine beach and quiet location make for a great getaway that is just an hour from Miami and under three hours from Houston. The English-speaking island is very clean with a low crime rate, no poverty, and currency fixed to the US Dollar. The weather is great all year.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our unit is the only 2 bedroom Sea Lodge that is directly beachfront. We're on the corner of the small complex, so the beach feels very private!

Often times, you will find a place on a great beach. Commonly you will find a great snorkeling spot, but the shoreline is rocky. Here you have the privilege of enjoying both.
