The correspondence with the host was excellent! The property was better than it was described. The view was spectacular! Property was very clean and well maintained as well as the grounds (beach and pool area).Great location!

Wonderful vacation!

We loved this location and the unit itself. Great space for our family of 4. Everything was very clean. Kitchen had more than we needed. The pool and the beach were great. Plus, it's right next door to an excellent restaurant that we could walk to.

Perfect sized condo with well appointed kitchen on a beautiful property. Excellent location next to Kaibo and close to Rum Point. We’ll definitely be back!

Exactly as Advertised

Great condo within a very nice property. Fully equipped, very clean and well appointed. Nice view of the pool and beach from the screened in balcony. Very convenient location next to Kaibo Yacht club, 5 min walk to Starfish point and 20 min walk to Rum Point. Easy to catch the water taxi to Canaan Bay at the pier next door.

Relaxing in paradise

Loved the condo and all of the above and beyond touches that they do to make your stay more enjoyable Great location with daily water taxi to the crowded parts of the island so you had the option of a quick boat ride. Perfect place for relaxing and the resort was very clean and well kept.

Wonderful vacation

We were 2 over 60 couples. Good size condo. Very well stocked, friendly neighbors, great pool, hot tub, hammocks, we lacked nothing. Beach in front of condo not the best but Rum Point, oh my! Management very responsive. Couldn’t ask for more. Will be back

Great condo, great location

Stayed for a week with our 2 children. The area is wonderful - we keep going back! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a week of relaxation. The views from the patio and master bedroom are just as pictured in the listing. Would definitely go back!

1st Cayman trip

Loved the Kai part of the Island. Very exclusive and not too many people. Had the beaches mostly to ourselves and found lots to do close to this location. Property manager was very responsive to requests and condo was comfortable, clean and has a spectacular view.

I have stayed at a few of the condos at Cayman Kai and this was by far my favorite. From the décor to the accessories I was more than pleased. I would request this condo any time we stay in North Side.

Paradise

Fourteen of us spent a week here and nearby. Everyone loved our place and our view. We walked to the cafe, the Yacht Club and the pier. It was a magical week.

Wonderful week in Kaibo Kai

The property was a great “base of operations” to explore the island. We were amazed at how stocked the unit was with many little things like cooking spray and spices that we didn’t need to buy. Probably the best thing was the beach chairs in the garage that we used on a variety of beaches. Communication with the host was always super fast and helpful.

Condo was fantastic!

The condo was fantastic, it had just about everything you need. Spacious, beautiful view of the pool and beach from the balcony. It was quiet and relaxing. The extras were great ( beach towels, SUP, kayak, hair dryer in master bath, etc) makes it so nice to have less to pack. We did contact management with a few questions and they were very quick to respond. I definitely would recommend this condo!

Perfect place ......would highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a quiet piece of paradise. Loved going down to starfish point every afternoon to sit our chairs out in the water or float around on our rafts. My son jumped on the paddle board every day with some friends he met and exploded the marine life. Only thing that Iwould have been nice for our family would have been one additional paddle board- but people are so willing to share we made it work. We will definitely be back. It’s definitely the vacation to beat!

Great location for a chill vacation

Condo was very comfortable. Clean. Great screened in balcony. Safe beach for kids (it's an inlet to a marina so don't expect a beach like 7 Mile but awesome seashell collecting), beautiful walk to Starfish Point where there's a perfect kids beach for swimming (few starfish), Rum Point (3 minute drive) is so chill with great buffet lunches and the nearby public beaches are a short drive with solitude and untamed beauty. Easy boat rides to Stingray city from Kaibo (do before the cruise ships arrive). Loved the botanical gardens with kids splash pad. You need a car to stay here. The local grocery store is modest. Kitchen is bare bones but functional. Great towels, washer/ dryer was a bonus, beautiful view. Kids LOVED the pool. Sure day trips to 7 Mile beach take a 50 minute drive but it's a beautiful drive and you'll be happy coming back to the chill vibe here. It was perfect!
