5 bed, 2 bath, sleeps 12. Great for family vacations or weekends away with friends! The backyard boasts a fun diving pool, perfect for days of fun in the sun with friends & family! A 3 hole putting green, cornhole, large patio with fire table, couches and an outdoor TV. There is a propane grill for delicious BBQ meals. Enjoy, a good movie, play cornhole, watch the game .. or just relax while watching the kids in the swimming pool!

Amazing stay and great house!!

My family and I greatly enjoyed staying at this house. Very clean and comfortable with great open space. The backyard and pool were enjoyable. Very close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again! BIG THANKS TO KIM AND DAVE for being the best hosts ever to make our stay so easy!!

Great House

This was fantastic for our family. Although the pool was cold the kids still had a blast. Definitely would stay again. The neighborhood had everything close by and the backyard was perfect!

My family and I had a great time! The home is very nice and was furnished with everything we needed. Kim even provided things you would need for a baby. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very prompt with communication. The home had plenty of room to spread out and had a nice patio area to relax in the backyard. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you could need. I would recommend this place!

Wedding day

My wife, daughter, my parents, and myself travelled here for my son’s wedding. The house was perfect for us. Had everything we needed, was very clean, and the check in process was seamless. Highly recommended this property.

Bachelorette Party

The living room and kitchen areas are open concept and great for large (11 people) parties to enjoy down time or meals together. We were able to enjoy the backyard patio and lounge chairs by the pool and there are separate beach towels for swimming. The room with the bunk beds is a hideaway room, which is really the only thing I'd be aware of if your group is all adults; it worked out just fine for us, just giving a warning to know if the people in your group are comfortable with that!We could not get the air hockey table to work, but all other electronics worked great once you figure out the remote situation!

Exactly what I was looking for!

The home was exactly as described..Very clean, clear expectations and responsibilities as a guest in their home.. Close to stores, hiking trails, the city.. short rides to visit other cities likeTempe for a Coyotes game, Sedona for amazing scenery.. I’ve only booked hotels before and it was nice to have a house for a longer stay. Kim was responsive and easy to communicate with. This was a five star stay! Highly recommended home

Home away from home

My wife and I and our 12 children stayed 5 nights for my son's wedding. Property/ house is wonderful. It comfortably fit everyone. Our kids loved the pool, putting green, back outdoor patio area. I would highly recommend staying here. Kim the host is very responsive to questions. We would love to stay here again in the future if the opportunity arises. 5 stars 👍 Travis

Fun Place to Enjoy Arizona Sun!

This is a great house to party and relax and sit by the pool! We really enjoyed the excellent bbq and there are plenty of outside amenities in this well-designed backyard, including a putting green, corn hole set, and of course the pool. Lots of beds, great kitchen, huge tv. Owner was super helpful, great communication—she was very accommodating to our schedule and requests. You should discuss the pool heating situation with the owner in advance, if swimming is a draw for you (it was for us). The water was too cold on our visit to swim, although the unusually cold weather did not make it too disappointing.

Quick family trip

Had to find last minute accommodations for two families, as we were coming in town for a funeral. Kim was very responsive in answering questions. The house is clean and fit our families perfectly. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The outdoor living space looked really fun, although we didn’t have much time to enjoy. Kim kept us informed of things to expect and was very communicative and reasonable. The location is convenient and seemed quiet and safe. Would recommend to others traveling to the area.

Loved everything

Did a girls trip for a few days They were so many things to do! Inside games, outside games, places to relax. The out side area was so amazing fire pit, couch and chairs. We didn’t not have a car and walking places was so nice and close. I would stay here again for sure!!!!

We are big on entertaining, RZRing, boating/camping along with Summertime watersports and good friend & family fun!!! We bought a house with hopes for others to enjoy with friends and/or family while visiting Arizona.

We have a ton of room for you, your friends and family! This property is in a quiet neighborhood that is very close to many great amenities. There is a Safeway, Starbucks and MANY other restaurants and businesses within minutes, even walking distance. Also .. so many restaurants, workout facilities, hiking, a huge waterpark (Six Flags Hurricane Harbor) as well as other entertainment and shopping all within minutes. Westgate, Desert Ridge, In-N-Out, and many other cool, COOL places are so close!!!!!

We are roughly 25-30 minutes from the airport and many other entertainment opportunities. There are also golf courses very close!!!
