This Beach Shack has it all! Direct Ocean with huge deck makes this special place a perfect place for your home away from home!
Located in South Cocoa Beach, we have the best location in Florida.
Our beach is always open.
Due to limited parking in the area, our beach is usually uncrowded too!
Let the kids play on the beach while sitting on the deck under the Tiki Hut.
The Outdoor Kitchen is spacious and very easy to use.
The 2 Queen bedrooms are set up as master suites with oversized showers.
Outside shower with half bath on the deck.
And a washer / dryer in one of the master suites as well.
Across A1A is Cocoa Beaches finest resturant, The Fat Snook.

Plus the attached 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is also available.

Everything you need for a beach trip!

This place had everything we needed for a beach trip. The kids loved all the beach toys and boogie boards. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation home

Perfection!

Loved everything about the host, the house, location and amenities. It was an absolute dream vacation and we truly appreciate the hospitality of the host. Accommodating easy check-in/check-out, right on the beach, super clean, provided everything you need and then some (chairs, toys, coolers, umbrella, boogie boards, etc). We can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect beach front vacation

This beach house is the perfect beach house for a laid back beach vacation. The house is very clean and comes furnished with everything that you'd expect to find plus many items that'll surprise you. Although our stay included only my wife and I; we can imagine that any family would enjoy the home. Plenty of beach toys, boards, chairs, umbrellas, books, etc... and the home is more like having your own home right on the beach! Perfect quiet location, basically you have the beach to yourself! The host is excellent. Communication is excellent. We loved it and we'd guess anyone else would as well.

Complete Package!

The pictures did not even come close to how amazing this place was. Ocean out your front door, completely stocked house. Beds SO comfortable, rooms have sound machines. George left us coffee and snacks. Definitely coming back! Thanks for everything George

Lovely Family Vacation Rental

We stayed at this home for two weeks in July. The house was in great condition and the proximity to the beach was amazing! We loved sitting in the deck and watching the tides roll in and out. The pictures do not do the beach justice, it is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Family Beach House!

We just spent spring break with our 3 children (ages 9, 6, 2) in Cocoa Beach. The weather was very windy and a bit chillier than we were expecting, but we made the best of it exploring the area, playing putt putt, shopping at Ron Jons, and enjoying the huge deck at the house. It was very well equipped for kids - our girls loved the bunk beds, arts and crafts/games and cornhole and our toddler played with the water table, slept in the pack n play and loved the reclining sofa in the living room. The only thing I would change about the house is to upgrade the bed in the master to a king. Thank you George and Trina for being wonderful hosts!

Highly Recommended

We had a wonderful time. It was a great location on the beach with minimal public access. It was like having our own private beach. The building on each side are condos but no noise and only saw one group going down to the beach from both. The house had recently had work done and was very nice inside. The owner had lots of things that made the stay nice, such as flashlights for the kid's night walk on the beach. We will definitely be back!

After owning our "Private" little BeachHouse for over 20 years, we have decided to share our Little Piece of Paradise using VRBO. We have enjoyed raising our 8 grandkids to enjoy a Beach Lifestyle here in Cocoa Beach and we want to share our BeachHouse with you.

Our BeachHouse is a very unique property. South Cocoa Beach has very few parking areas so our beach is not crowded at all. The wood deck surrounding the BeachHouse [nearly 2000 sq/ft] is totally fenced in. This provides a safe outside environment for kids.
The outdoor shower is an all time favorite!
