You’ll have plenty of space to work or relax in this new construction 2BR/2BA townhome with a large, private, live/work/entertainment space and an attached one car garage. Enjoy the beauty of Boulder and the Flatirons where you'll find beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the living room, kitchen, and large second story patio! You're just a ten minute drive to downtown Boulder or you can ride your bike into town via the bike path right next to the complex.
The first floor is a 600 sqft office with a half bath and an attached and separate entrance. On a nice day, open the large glass garage style door to enjoy fresh air and great views while you work or entertain. The office is fully furnished with two UpLift desks as well as an UpLift conference table that doubles as a ping pong table. Also included in the office are a Nespresso, minifridge, 50" smart TV, and lounge area. This is the perfect private space to entertain, work, stretch out with the kids, practice yoga, and store your bikes.
The second floor is a newly constructed and furnished 2BR/2BA condo that boasts amazing flatiron and mountain views from the living room and large balcony. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, a second Nespresso, and a fully furnished kitchen make this the perfect place to spend your time in Boulder.
The complex has a well-equipped gym including a treadmill, spin bike, rower, and free weights.
We're right across the street from the fantastic Valmont Dog Park and Valmont Bike Park!!!
We’re located just a five minute drive or easy bike ride to restaurants, breweries, and grocery stores, and just right across the street from Valmont Bike Park. Downtown Boulder and CU are just a ten minute drive, or you can avoid the roads and take your bike all the way to either along one of Boulder’s many bike paths.
Please note that this is a 100% smoke free complex. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and smoking marijuana anywhere on the property, including the balcony. This is an HOA rule and strictly enforced. There is a one car garage that is a little tight, but can fit a 4Runner or other SUV. The remaining outdoor parking spots are limited and available first come first serve basis.

I've lived in Boulder for almost 15 years, and it is my absolute happy place! I love to mountain bike (and I still road and gravel bike sometimes, too), hike, paddle board, and enjoy all things Boulder. I'm experienced in managing two other rental properties, and I pride myself on always being available if you ever need anything! I would love to give you any suggestions for great things do to during your stay. I'm a corporate pilot, and we actually own the hangar just to the north of the condo, so we're nearby frequently! My husband and I now live just about 25 minute north, so we're not far away if you ever need anything.

This property was completed in October 2021 and all of the furnishing are also brand new. We have a great view of the mountains which is my favorite feature! It's great to stay in a rental that is brand new. All of the upgrade provide a great living experience. We're just ten minutes to downtown Boulder, and we're also located along a bus route and multiple bike paths. If you love mountain biking, the highly praised Valmont Bike Park is right across the street!
