Great location that is right on the beach. Parking was also great, as we never had a problem finding a place to park close to our condo. The condo itself was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed to do what cooking we did while we were there when we weren’t out dining at all the amazing places that Destin has to offer. The beach wasn’t overly crowded either and there was a volleyball net on the beach that we took advantage of and had a blast! The owner's has a storage unit that has some beach supplies you can use that is nice. We bought four beach chairs and a volleyball while here and couldn’t fly them back with us, so we donated them to the storage room for future guest to use. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to come stay!

Beautiful and super convenient accommodation!!

I love the super long window in the kitchen where I could look out at the ocean every day. The patio and lay out are ideal, and the common area is so unique. It was a joy to see some of the children playing soccer and ball. The guests were all nice and respectful, and it was quiet during quiet times and pleasant to listen to the families interact. The condo and area are beautiful and safe. I loved that it’s gated and secure.

June visit

Very close to the beach. Very clean. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again. As noted by previous reviewers over the past 2 years the outlets in the bedroom don't work. The hallway light doesn't work. The most agregious problem is there is no dead bolt or security latch on the door. Anyone with a code can walk in. Children under 2 are able to open the door with no resistance. The staff closed the pool for lightning on Monday but disappeared after the storm. The pool didn't get unlocked until the next day. The wifi provided by silver dunes is very slow. The condo is listed on zillow. Maybe the next owners will put more care in the rental.

Gret condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was walking distance to the beach. The oceanview from the balcony was spectacular. Beds were comfortable. Pool was very nice. It would’ve been nice to have beach chairs and beach towels provided. A cleaner patio would be nice as well. A few of the outlets and lamps did not work. However, we would rent this place again.

Wonderful Beach Condo

This condo was the perfect location for a beautiful view of the ocean & easy access to the beach. It was lovely, clean & made for a relaxing vacation. We brought our own umbrella & chairs so we were very happy there was an open area on the beach to the right of the rented umbrellas where we could set up. There were a few very minor things that need to be fixed at the condo but overall we were thrilled & would stay here again.

It was a great stay.

I grew up coming to this complex and it's just as great as I remember. The condo itself is great. Just a few things that should be noted to be improved. Most of the outlet receptacles only worked partially. Only one receptacle on each outlet works. Kinda difficult when you need the lamp in the master bedroom to see but also need to plug in devices. Also, only one outlet worked in the master barhroom. The inconvenient one did work but was nestled on the other end of the counter. Nothing major just super annoying. The dryer is super loud. Instructions on how to work the tv in the living room would he helpful due to multiple remotes and cable box. Again, all small things and just little annoyances. Great stay overall.

Condo was very nice - enjoyed location to the beach. We did have trouble with the TV but that was fixed. Also couldn’t figure out how to get the key at so it stayed in the box. Using the code was easier anyways.

Perfect location for our family!

Loved the property, location, view, condo and cleanliness. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Things you could make better: 1) sheets were like sandpaper. I didn’t say anythings to my kids about it and sure enough, they mentioned them being rough. 2) primary bedroom was significantly warmer compared to the rest of the condo. Things you can’t control but others should be made aware of: 1) the location of this condo sits above the dumpster, so shortly after 6am most days, you’ll be awoken by the garbage truck collecting. 2) Also, the primary suite wall shares the same wall as the trash chute other residents use so at ANY tIme other residents use it and you’re in the primary suite, you hear it. All in all it was great, I recommend bring your own sheets, a large fan (we ended buying a large box fan at at walmart to help drown out the noise and keep us cool), and earplugs!

Family Vacation

Really great condo! Easy check in, stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for my husband and 3 kids (5 years, 3 years, and 8 months). You cannot beat the location and just steps from the beach! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Comfortable & Convenient- perfect for kids!

We had a wonderful trip to Silver Dunes despite the weather being a little colder than expected. The house was well maintained and the kitchen fully stocked. We were given the wrong gate code upon arrival which was a little frustrating but quickly resolved with a phone call. The easy access to the beach, pool, and restaurants made this location ideal for us and our two young children, especially considering we didn’t even rent a car! Unfortunately the pool was not heated when we visited and the kiddie pool was even colder! The chair rental price seems outrageously high considering we were there during the off season and 75% of the seats sat empty all day long. We opted to bring a blanket and spent most of the time up and playing with our kids anyway. Overall, great location. Love that it’s not overly crowded like almost every other rental along the beach. Will definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Next to the trash chute

It's next to the trash chute, so you hear noise from people placing their trash in a lot at night. The home wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be. I found empty water bottles behind the bed and the bathrooms were not deeply cleaned. I love staying at this condominium because of its location and it's family environment. My family and I have stayed in different units previously. This unit wasn't terrible, but I've had a better experience.
