Overall the house was in a great location- had lots of space, and was accurate to the description. The only issues we had included parking and the steps going up to the third floor were incredibly steep.

Overall, we had a nice stay at this property. The location was great, and the host was responsive. However, the one complaint we had was that the kitchen was filled with ants when we arrived. The house manager came the next day to put down ant traps, but it didn’t really fix the problem, and we continued to see ants in the kitchen (and later in bags we had in the kitchen) throughout the stay.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our short stay. Convenient for the boardwalk and also clean and comfortable for relaxing at night. Our host Paul was great and answered all of our questions quickly. Definitely recommend!

Very good experience with this rental. It was my very first time renting a property and this one did not disappoint. Exceptionally kept, clean, and location was the best feature. 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and right by the water park. Could bot have picked a better place.

Family friendly property near beach and great eateries

Owner was accessable and accommodating. Property was very clean with many towels & linen. Kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was HOT! It did not disappoint. 6 people easily fit in it. Nice private space in the back to barbecue and sit informally for meals. Had beach passes. Stay was very comfortable for our large family. Would stay again...

Good for the size and location

Property worked for a larger group. Excellent location to beach and boardwalk. Bathrooms were clean. Overall clean with the exception of the backyard area. Hot tub was left open and not working but it was hot put so not needed. Furniture is dated and not very comfortable but fine for a rental but again, not in the place most of the time out enjoying the beach with the beach passes supplied by they owner.Parking was tight but able to fit 2 cars on site which was extremely helpful. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very responsive

Perfect location, plenty of space!

This house was perfect for my family. The home offered wonderful comforts like a modern kitchen, huge living and dining rooms, and a very private back deck with jacuzzi. My kids are teens, so they loved the darts and Foosball. And the location being 1 block from the boardwalk cannot be beat. The host also quickly responded to any questions I had. I would definitely book here again.

Perfect house, perfect host

Our stay was fantastic! Paul is a wonderful host, the house is as described and beautiful! Fit our needs perfectly! He never lost his patience with me as I had trouble negotiating the automatic lock, and had to contact him numerous times. He is a very accommodating host. Location is amazing, walk to boardwalk and beach. Thank you so much for everything Paul! Will definitely return if we stay in the area again!

We escaped and it was beautiful

This location is so perfect. It is a block from the boardwalk. The jacuzzi was so relaxing! Great outdoor space for the whole family to enjoy. We were able to do our laundry and go home without worring about things to do before going back to work. The house has everything you need to feel at home. Beds were comfortable like a hotel. The host was very accomidating making sure we had everything we need. I was able to take my mom to the boardwalk because we rented a mobility scooter from close by. It was the first time she has seen the boardwalk in about 45 years! We sat out front and could see the fireworks from the front of the house. Truely memorable stay! Highly recommend if you have the chance to escape you choose this house for your vacation!

Amazing property and host. Minutes walk to beach and boardwalk!

Booked a last minute weekend trip for my daughter's sweet 16 when she changed her mind about what she wanted to do. Went down with my wife and 2 kids and a couple of my daughter's friends. Place was extremely clean and the sleeping arrangement was perfect for a family with kids All the kids were able to sleep in the third floor room in their own beds. Beach is a couple minutes walk from the house, you are right by funtown pier so there is a small kids water park, the beach, and boardwalk with tons of food. Steaks unlimited is one street down as well, so you might as well get a cheesesteak and some cheese balls :-) Host was extremely quick to respond to any questions and the experience for our first seaside over night trip was exceptional. Would happily stay here in the future if I can convince my wife that we don't have to drive all the way to Wildwood.

It was clean inside with quite outdated everything. The children loved the foosball and darts instantly. Photo show of French balcony off the main bedroom, but it was just a false façade.I requested to stay from Tuesday, July 29 to Saturday, August 2 but was given the house from Sunday, July 27 4 PM to Saturday, August 2 10 AM. The owner told me to contact Vrbo about the dates but they said it was the owner who rented it those dates.When we arrived on Monday, the Jacuzzi was clogged and unusable.there were quite a few back-and-forths with the owner making our first day unwelcoming. It was cleaned and maintained, but the plants growing over it were requiring it to be covered, but the owner told us not to. The gas stove only had the left side working, which we felt was a hazard, but I did not tell the owner because he had trouble with theJacuzzi. Both bedrooms upstairs had a television, but neither would work because there was no electricity for one and no Internet for both. The backyard and house were advertised as pet friendly but the yard was so much smaller than it appeared in the photo you could barely move around, let alone have a pet. The major problem was that the third floor was displayed as a children’s room, except it became a death trap due to the treacherous stairs. Thisrequired an adult to escort children and sleep with them at night. My guests left early and needed another place to stay. I’m requesting a refund of two days and thrilled no one was injured.

Sorry your expectations were not met. You booked the dates NOT ME. On July 11th you reached out to me saying the dates were not correct. On 12th, I tried changing your dates, but it didn't let me change them. That's when I told you to get in touch with VRBO or to cancel and rebook with the correct days. All of my guests love the privacy the pine trees give. The hot tub was cleaned the day of you were supposed to arrival and the water was crystal. We have a skimmer there to clean up the pine needle that do happen to fall in. We choose to keep the cover open between guests. This helps us the keep the water line clean and the water crystal clear. When you are there, you could have closed the cover if you choose to. In the pictures on my site, you can clearly see it is a walk-up finished attic with low ceilings. In order to be listed with VRBO I must register with the town and have inspections to have the house up for seasonal renters, which past. As for the TVs., I just upgraded the internet to Fiber Optics and did not know the 2-bedroom TVs were not WIFI ready, we only checked the living TV. I have not had any previous guests complain about these things as you can see on my reviews. Thanks Paul
