THE SPACE:
Welcome to our newly constructed townhome right in the heart of Seaside Park! Take a step out of your front door and you are right on the main strip full of shopping, places to eat and more! Take a step out of the back door and you are only 1 block from the beautiful Jersey Shore beaches.
Inside you will find a beautifully constructed townhome by a well known local builder. The bottom floor consists of the main entrance and a two car garage for vehicle parking. Walk up to the main floor and find an open concept living space with eat in kitchen, dining and living room as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. A slider door to the back deck supplies outdoor seating and a grill area.
Walk up to the top floor which features three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is directly attached to the primary bedroom. The top floor also features a balcony overlooking town.
