Relaxing 3 Br, 2 Bath Cabin located approx. 3 miles from O.C. Beach & Boardwalk!
3 Bedroom, 2 full bath cabin located approx. 3 miles from O.C. Beach & Boardwalk. Screened Porch with Rockers, 2 picnic tables, BBQ grill, and fire-pit and 3 parking spaces. Shared waterfront property with other cabins and includes a seasonal outdoor pool, volleyball net, basketball hoop, kids play area, horseshoe pit, dock and pier that sits on Herring Creek for fishing/crabbing/kayaking, etc. This cabin can sleep 8-10 ppl max. It does have a full kitchen w/ dining room table that seats 6-8. The living area has a full size sleeper sofa and a few chairs, along with a coffee table and end tables. There is one 46" Flat screen TV located in the living area that is connected to Xfinity cable. We do have WIFI, but because of this units location, the wifi reception inside of the cabin is pretty bad, but it IS available in all public areas of the property. If WIFI is something that you will definitely need INSIDE your unit, you may want to look elsewhere for accommodations. This is the perfect spot if you are trying to escape the world of technology that we live in every day! The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed and a full bathroom w/shower. The 2nd bedroom has a set of full/full bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed as well. Each room has a separate AC/Heat unit. The second bathroom (the main one) has tub/shower combo. The kitchen is equipped with basic dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cookware, toaster, microwave, coffee pot. Guests must bring their own bed and bath linens, paper goods, trash bags, etc. (We do supply pillows so you do not have to stuff 20 pillows in a vehicle..lol, but bring pillow cases of course!!! Sorry, you must be at least 21 to reserve and guests ages 21-25 will have an additional security deposit of $150.00 upon arrival. We do NOT allow any Senior Week reservations! We are very family friendly! So we do have "quiet hours" after 11pm each night. No parties or unregistered guests will be allowed.
Also, we do allow DOGS ONLY in the cabins. There would be an additional one-time pet fee of 65.00 that is already added in the fees. Please be sure to let me know at the time of booking if you plan on bringing your dog!

We are a small business that currently has 2 different properties in Ocean City or West Ocean City. We are known as Beach Bum Properties. This property is our newest addition to the group, it is formally called Beach Bum West-O Motel and Cabins, which we took it over in the winter of 2020. We have 35 motel rooms and 10 cabins total at this location. Our first season was very successful and had a great family vibe! My name is Summer B. and I have been the General Manager since we opened this location and helped to manage the other 2 properties for a few years before I moved out here to West OC to be close to this property, to give the staff and our guests my full attention and time! I am a single mother of 4 awesome kids (well, 3 are all grown and on their own, and my youngest is almost 16 and he is always around the property riding around on the golf cart and helping me out doing whatever I need his help with! There is nothing else I would rather do than be in Hospitality, and taking care of my guests making sure they enjoy their time here with us! My reviews and guests will attest to that! Please feel free to start a conversation with me, as I love to get to know my awesome guests! Plus I am a talker! :) I look forward to possibly having you as a guest!

This property is great for families and for people who want to visit all that Ocean City has to offer, but also do not want to be right in the middle of the crowds, or the noise, or congestion, etc. that can come with staying right on the strip! We are about 3 miles from from the Boardwalk and the Beach and from everything else that is located in downtown Ocean City, Md. We are also a great place to stay if you like to visit Assateague Island, as we are about 20-25 mins away from the park! We have the outdoor pool to relax by, we have the private dock and pier for fishing/crabbing that is just for our guests. Last but not least, we have great staff and we pride ourselves on giving top notch customer service if something comes up or there is an issue.
