Welcome to this beautiful 51 m² ground-floor apartment, modern and tastefully decorated, ideally located in the heart of Montparnasse. Just a 6-minute walk from the Jardin du Luxembourg and less than 10 minutes from the prestigious 6th arrondissement, you'll enjoy easy access to iconic Parisian addresses such as Le Bon Marché, rue de Rennes and its shops, and the charming streets of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area with beautiful exposed wooden beams, warm parquet floors, and carefully curated décor. The space combines comfort and character, offering a cozy lounge with artistic touches, a comfortable sofa, and a television in an open and inviting layout. The adjoining dining area features a table seating up to four guests, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: a cooking plate, a refrigerator, an Airfryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. You will also find a washing machine for added convenience.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (Double - 140x190 and Queen – 160x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably.
Please note that one of the bedrooms is on the mezzanine and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Only a 6-minute walk from the magnificent Jardin du Luxembourg, you can enjoy morning strolls or relax in one of Paris’ most beloved gardens.
In less than 10 minutes on foot, you'll reach the elegant 6th arrondissement, home to Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the famous Bon Marché department store, and the vibrant rue de Rennes with its many boutiques and cafés. The area combines the charm of the Left Bank with the convenience of lively shopping streets, traditional brasseries, local markets, and excellent bakeries.
Montparnasse is also nearby, offering cultural landmarks, theatres, and easy metro connections to explore the rest of Paris.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
