This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath waterfront home boasts large windows and an open layout that was designed to optimize views of the lake from every room.

The eat-in modern kitchen opens to the sunken living room with a wet bar and wood burning fire place. The living room, with expansive views of the lake, leads directly to the outside patio and waterfront area. The home is completely furnished with full amenities (central air conditioning, washer & dryer, dishwasher, plates & utensils, cookware, linens and towels provided, high-speed internet, strong cellular service).

We have available for your use outside 2 kayaks, a chimenea, dining set, natural gas grill, lounge and Adirondack style chairs.

First Floor:
• Kitchen with large 6 burner gas range, two full-size ovens, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, blender, pots & pans, baking dishes, and a full size refrigerator /freezer. Dining area has table that seats 4. Island with seating. Desk area.

• Living room with wet bar and wood burning fireplace, board games, books, cards, etc.

• Bedroom with a queen size sleeper sofa and desk work area. This bedroom has direct access to the first floor full bathroom.

• Pantry and coat closet


2nd Floor:
• Primary bedroom --queen size bed with private bathroom, balcony, gas fireplace, & walk-in closet. Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, shower and two sink areas.

• 2nd & 3rd bedrooms--one with a queen size bed, the other with 2 twin beds.

There is a jack & jill bathroom connecting these bedrooms. The bathroom has a stall shower and 2 sinks. Both bedrooms have closets.

Location:
Located on the north east coast of Owasco Lake, Waters Edge is centrally located in the Finger Lakes—10 min to Skaneateles & Auburn, 20 minutes to Aurora, 40 minutes to Syracuse & Ithaca, 60 minutes to Rochester. Easy access via car, or small plane to nearby Skaneateles Aerodrome or larger jet to Syracuse Airport or Ithaca Airport. Close to Cornell, SUNY Cortland, Syracuse University, Wells College, Le Moyne College and others.

Popular activities include boating, kayaking, hiking, fishing, swimming, golf, tennis, visiting local wineries and spas, mini-golf, dining at one of many highly-rated area restaurants, taking in a show at the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, visiting Tom Thumb for mini golf and ice cream, watching a minor league baseball game, visiting Mackenzie-Childs in the quaint village of Aurora, exploring the scenic village of Skaneateles. During the winter months, skiing is available at several area mountains within an hour drive---Bristol Mountain, Greek Peak, & Song Mountain.

Mid-June through Labor Day there is a minimum one week stay.

Please be advised that there is a doorbell with a security camera by the front door to provide for security at our home.

Copy of driver's license or other government issued photo id required for booking, as well a electronically completed and signed short term rental agreement.

The dock is seasonal and typically set up from June - September. Boats may not be tied to the dock overnight, and also may not be left tied to the dock when the lake water is rough. If you have a boat, it is only permitted to be tied to the dock during the day, and when the water is calm. This is to prevent damage both to your boat and to our dock.
