Arrival and check-in were simple. The host/property managers were easy to reach and communicated well.

Don’t rent the property for the pool! The house was fine. No real gripes about that, other than supplying only 2 wash clothes. We didn’t rent this property for the house. We rented the property for the pool. The pool was filthy. It did rain and there was debris from the rain. That is fair but there was no way to get the debris out. There was also wads of hair floating in the pool. There were fake nails left on the side of the pool. Contacted the host on the very first night there (Tuesday) to ask for them to correct our issues since Wednesday was our only down day to really use the pool. The host stated they would have someone there the next day between 8:00-8:30 to sweep the pool area but couldn’t get anyone there to clean the pool until Thursday. The person came to sweep the fake nails at 9:45 the next day but left behind a huge bandaid and all the other debris. Because the host was actively “correcting” our issues, VRBO would not let us out of our contract and we were forced to stay at the house with no usable pool. We did eventually use the pool on our checkout day for 30 minutes before we left (there was still plenty of debris at the bottom.) We could have stayed way closer to the theme parks and it would have been cheaper and more convenient.

information when we chcked in the following was found :-- The kitchen appliances and dishes were worn-out- the bed mattress are worn-out - the 2 sofas are worn-out - the 2 rugs are worn-out - one of the bedroom door lock was proken- the dresser door of the master bedroom was broken - the selling fan of the setting room was on all the time... can't be switched off - the bool area was dirty - many lights were burn out- Spider nests all over the property But we accepted the situation ... we didn't complain at all ...

Thank you for feedback. But the things you are speaking of were not mention at all during your stay. Otherwise we would have addressed it. And the way place was left after check out was unacceptable, to the point where it took 3 days to clean. And we had to block off dates.

Not Good

The inside was OK, but the seats of the sofa & bar stools were stained. The pool area was dirty, there were weeds growing in the joints of the deck, the netting & frame needed cleaning. The barbecue was very dirty. The pool itself was clean. When we made the booking it stated pool heat was available, it wasn't ! We reported the pool light not working, it was acknowledged by the owner, but not fixed during our stay. We have visited the area many times & this is the worst villa we have ever stayed at. All this has been reported to Vrbo, with photo's to prove it, but despite an initial response from Vrbo, no further action appears to have taken place.

When we arrived the house was pitch black not a porch light sensor light on or nothing. The grass wasn’t cut the bushes weren’t trimmed . The pool wasn't running nor was it clean upon our arrival, on top of that some guy who came to turn the pool pump on asked me basically to do his job an service the pool , The tvs in the bedrooms were extremely small I mean portable dvd size… so the pictures without them shown are purposely done that way to help get more clients. I understand it is a residential area but there were so many cats roaming around the property. It was not a skimmer net in site . I could go on and on , we made the best of the visit but it was nothing like what was advertised at all we were highly disappointed.

Made Lots of memories

2 different families stayed at the house (sisters and cousins). The house was a good fit for us. Had all the stuff we need to sleep/shower/cook and plenty of towels. We thought the house could of been a little cleaner. Floors had crumbs and the coach looked like someone spilt food on it. We just wiped it off. The master show was not the best. We just used the other shower. Over all it was a 4. If you are looking a convenient stay this is the place.

Great spacious house

The house was really nice and clean! We had 9 people and it was spacious for all of us. The kids absolutely loved the pool but something was wrong with the electrical to the pool so the filter and heater for the pool wasn’t working. Other than that it was a great place. Would stay again!

We had a lovely few days at this villa. It was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Property was in a quiet neighborhood even though it is just a few minutes from 192. We would stay here again!
