Beautifully renovated Sealoft complete with lagoon views from any of the 3 porches. This free standing Villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and an additional loft space used as the 3rd bedroom. The chef ready kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals, including double convection ovens, work station sink, quartz countertops and oversized refrigerator. Cozy family room with plenty of seating plus electric fireplace, oversize streaming capable 55 inch TV & sound bar. Master bedroom with king bed, bathroom, TV and private porch..a perfect spot for morning coffee with views of the lagoon and golf course. The secondary bedroom is a great place to relax after the beach with a queen size bed, crisp linen sheets & streaming capable TV. The upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, streaming capable TV & sit down Pac man/Galaga game for added entertainment on those rainy days . Outside an additional rooftop porch is a great spot to read a book, stare at the stars with the provided telescope, or relax with a glass of wine. Within walking distance to the beach and steps away to the private community pool, Seabrook Island is a gated beach community with equestrian center, tennis courts, 2 golf courses, beach front pools and restaurant. . Additionally, The Lake House has a fitness center, outdoor pool, playground, basketball court, lake & indoor pool. Within 10 minutes to Freshfields Village for retail shopping, groceries, restaurants and shopping and located only 40 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston, this home is truly the perfect Island getaway!

Beautiful Villa in the Low Country

Courtney was awesome to work with. Her communication all around was great. Place is clean, nice furnishings/bedding, well equipped kitchen. She had great little welcome treats including a basket of fresh John's Island strawberries. All her suggestions on activities and restaurants were perfect. Highly recommend.

Friends Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Courtney’s property is beautiful, fully equipped and in a good location. The 3 balconies were so nice to just chill on. We explored the island on rental bikes which was a lot of fun. Thanks for a great stay and communication. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Seabrook Vacation

A great vacation house couldn’t be that way without a superb owner/property manager, and that was certainly the case here.Courtney made the trip incredibly easy and was very proactive prior to the trip with information and readily available if needed during.The home was adorable, well-equipped and the perfect size for our small family of three. It was exactly as described and everything worked just fine.We were a short walk to the public beach access and easy drive to the beach club, lake house and racquet club. Seabrook is a beautiful beach—very wide at low tide with little erosion. Early morning runs led to a sea turtle sighting along with multiple mornings of being able to see dolphins strand feeding along the shore. If you are looking for a relaxing and carefree vacation, Seabrook and Courtney’s home should be high on your list!

Wonderful experience!

The home and owner were amazing! The location was great for both pool and beach access and perfect for our little family. Courtney was beyond helpful and provided so much in the home that made packing so easy! We will definitely be back!

Great Rental

Great location. Newly renovated and very clean. Amenities provided exceeded our expectations. Grandchildren loved all the games provided and also the treats left for them. Courtney thought of everything and was extremely helpful in providing all the information of the island and answered questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Villa

The villa was just what we were looking for. Just two of us working and trying to enjoy golf and beach time in between. Appointed very nicely and thoughtfully. Great mountain bikes too.

Beautiful Island Getaway

Courtney’s home on Seabrook Island was an all-time favorite for our family of four (two teens). Beautifully decorated with tons of sunlight, great views, and four outdoor patio areas, there was plenty of room for all of us to relax and unwind. Courtney also left so many special touches - we were all really touched and felt right at home. Seabrook itself was lovely and we enjoyed lazy days at the pool, easy oceanside meals (with a few dolphin sightings!), and even a stunning sunrise walk on the beach. If we come back (and we hope we do!) we’d love to incorporate horseback riding and a guided kayak.

Perfect combo!! Beach Charleston!!!

This host is a true gem!! Responsive and accommodating. The Villa is FULLY stocked with many extra special touches (treats and thoughtful additions). The beds, linens, and towels were superb. We received great recommendations from the hostOur party had six women. Two 18yo. Two mid 40’s Two upper 60’sWe spent three nights at this property. The Seabrook Island Club is very expansive. It’s worth driving around to scope everything out. We spent a full day at the main beach, and afternoon walking towards Kiawah from boardwalk 3 to see a couple dolphins. The sand is like flour and water was like bath water! Beware the drinks at the pool bar are outrageously priced. We also headed to Charleston for a full day: carriage tour, eating and shopping. The Tattooed Moose in St John’s Island was worth the stop for a drink and good music on the way back to the property! We had a magnificent time. This location offered best of both worlds…beach/pool and experiencing Charleston. Our only regret was timing our trip in the EXTREME HEAT of summer. I would recommend to this property without hesitation and hope to return myself!!!

Sealoft Villas Weekend Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property! Courtney's home is lovely and clean, and everything that we needed -from soap and towels to snacks- was waiting for us at the house upon our arrival :) We will be back!

This was the best unit in the most adorable area in Seabrooke.

This updated condo was perfect for our family. It was a chefs dream the updates they did will knock your socks off! The location is incredible you can walk everywhere! We will definitely stay here again. It felt like our home!
