Prepare fresh meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring an array of stainless steel appliances and helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. Gather for mealtime around the four-person dining table.

This vacation rental accommodates eight guests between two bedrooms and two twin-over-twin bunk beds in the sleeping nook. Find supreme comfort in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, TV, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Sip morning coffee on the private patio, featuring a cushioned lounger and gorgeous ocean and bay views. In the evening, dine alfresco at the outdoor table for four. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer. Beach toys are provided in the rental. This unit is located on the fourteenth floor. Elevators are available. Conveniently located off the Coastal Highway, you’ll also be near shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Located in Ocean City, The Sea Watch offers guests everything a vacationer could want. Relax at the beach or enjoy the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, a billiard room, a fitness facility, saunas, a game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, and a beautiful interior courtyard, plus basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for guests’ convenience.

The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
