THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

You're in the heart of coastal Solana Beach, a short walk to Fletcher Cove surrounded by this amazing custom home filled with beautiful art and fabulous finishes. The outdoor space includes, dining area, grill, fireplace, water feature, and heater. The retractable doors and windows allow the indoors to become outdoors and vice versa. Enjoy varied state-of-the-art seating and entertainment options, together with touchscreen appliances, lighting, and shades. Relax into the five bedrooms, 3.5 baths. You're here: living by the tranquil bustle of the Solana Beach town with its shops, cafes, wine bars, breweries, live music, unique shops and its own train station. You won't want to leave. Two beach accesses in the neighborhood are just a 2-minute walk away with Fletcher Cove Park to the south and Tide Park to the north. Of course all the beach essentials are waiting for you.
