Great location. Townhome was clean and neat. Well outfitted. Kitchen had everything you could need.Close to many things you might want. Oddstory brewery is just about 50 yards from the front door. Would definitely stay again.

The place is very clean and a great place for a group or a family. I am not sure I would recommend it for young children because there are lots of stairs. It is located next to a brewery which was nice because we walked there one night. This didn't bother us, but there is some sort of company next door and there are trucks that deliver late night/early morning, so it can be a bit loud. Otherwise, all good and would recommend.

Great condo in the city

This was a beautiful 4-story condo in Chattanooga. It had plenty of space for our little group, our teens LOVED the top floor balcony, the moms loved the neat and clean kitchen. It was decorated really cute without being over the top. The only complaint I heard was if the business across the condo with trucks going in and out at all hours of the night; however, ear plugs were available in every room! It was also very easy to get in touch with the owners and communication was easy. I would stay here again if I was back in the are.

Super location

This property was a super location for all we wanted to enjoy in Chattanooga. We 5 did loads of exploring, walking and experiencing local restaurants & breweries, returning ‘home’ to relax in a comfortable and clean space.

Stunning Home - Close to Everything

We were in town for a wedding, and my entire family stayed here. It was lovely, but take the warning about the stairs seriously. It is four stories, and you have to do the stairs.

Great stay

This was our first stay in Chattanooga with two other friend couples for a long weekend. We loved the place, it was clean, well decorated, and allowed privacy for all of us when we needed it but also cool places to hang out as a group. Check in was easy and the owner even allowed early checkin. I loved the little reading nook just inside the rooftop deck. Thanks for a great stay!

Nooga nice

We enjoyed our family vacation. Townhouse was in clean condition and looks as advertised. There are a lot of stairs, and the location is convenient. There is some kind of commercial distribution center across the street with lots of semi truck traffic, which is quite loud. This is the biggest drawback of the property.

Chattanooga Family Retreat

Three generations of adults enjoyed our retreat to this cute, comfortable townhouse. It is very clean and fresh feeling. There was plenty of room for all to have space or gather as we wanted. It is a townhouse so there is a lot of up and down stairs. The location is a developing area with cute restaurants and bars. Great for those looking for new tastes and fun outdoor options. The hosts were great. Highly recommend for a group of adults looking to hang out and reconnect.

Christmas in March

The property was as listed. So well stocked, especially since we cooked some great meals. Read about the number of stairs but wasn't quite prepared for them, especially with no main floor bathroom. Colton was so easy to work with and responsive. The Tennessee themed decor was very attractive.

A little piece of heaven in Chattanooga

I want to extend my appreciation to Colton and Abby. They were amazing hostesses. From the start they were very friendly and caring. They wanted to make sure that the temperature of the place was set to a comfortable level. They also allowed us to check in early which was an advantage. They stayed in contact with us at all times. The townhouse was very clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchen supplies and all the necessary toiletries. I definitely will stay again and again. Thank you for your hospitality! Great experience, phenomenal host, one complaint

We had the sweetest time with my adult daughter and teenage grand girls. Connor went above and beyond to communicate. They even offered to let us check in early on the day of arrival. House was beautiful, plenty of kitchen utensils, the bathrooms were well stocked and it was within a mile of many great restaurants and coffee shops. We walked to Frothy monkey most mornings. The mattresses were fantastic and the host even left several thoughtful touches. My sole complaint was not realizing that it was next to a truck yard and it was incredibly noisy on Thursday night with trucks pulling in throughout the late night and early n morning hours. The host provided plenty of ear plugs but it definitely kills the vibe a bit. However, the location and noise were not an issue over the weekend. We slept well with little to no noise. My biggest thumbs up came after checkout. One of my girls left their curling iron and the host graciously allowed us to reenter the house. The cleaning ladies had removed the curling iron but the host went above and beyond to track it down and ensure that they mailed it to us. I have never seen anything more thoughtful from a host.

Weekend Birthday Getaway

Loved this place! Very beautiful and modern town home. Property manger was easy to contact and answered any questions we had. Within a 10 minute drive to all main attractions. Would stay here again.

New Property Great Location

This townhouse is new and very clean. The furniture is also in great condition. Location is great, all attractions were no more than a 10 minute drive. Plenty of restaurants within a 3 - 10 minute drive as well. The townhouse is 4 levels, so not ideal for anyone who cannot do a lot of stairs. There is a bedroom and full bathroom on the ground floor for someone who cannot do a lot of stairs. However, there is no TV downstairs. Only the family room and master bedroom have a TV. We put the kids (ages 6, 8, 9) on the top floor, that worked out great. The rooftop patio is also a nice place to relax. If you don't feel like walking up to the roof, they have a small patio off the kitchen as well. The kitchen is huge and plenty of seating.
