This condo, located on the fifth floor, is high enough to capture all of the wonderful ocean breezes and watch the gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Kailua Village Condos has a keyed elevator for your security, private laundry room with all new machines, BBQ, swimming pool and your own numbered free parking space.

This 5th floor condo has wonderful ocean views! You can watch the whales jump and dolphins spinning in Kailua Bay while enjoying the amazing sunsets from your lanai. You can walk to many of the shops and restaurants easily, no vehicle needed. Tastefully decorated and designed to make you feel like your "Home away from Home". Secure elevator and laundry room provided. This unit has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Also included is complementary Wi-Fi and a private complex swimming pool.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The accomodations were comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect and we knew about the church already so wasn't bothered.

Great location. Met our needs. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants.Pleasantly surprised of all the amenities like free parking, kitchen supplies, grocery items of spices and condiments, bathroom toiletries, and beach accessories.Would return to this site and condo again.Not surprised by previous accolades from former vacationers.Only drawback was access to a sandy beach without a considerable drive and a really small pool on the premises.

This apartment was located in a very quiet building in the heart of Kailui-Kona, close to the waterfront, the tourist strip, and shopping with excellent road access to everywhere one might want to go on the island.The unit had everything needed for our two week stay. Well equipped kitchen, decent dishes, etc. There was also lots of equipment for beach going, snorkelling and water sports, too. The TV had lots of channels for the nights we stayed in and the internet worked well. From that point of view, there wasn't much missing. Plus, the view from the lanai was spectacular.Our major complaint is the place is showing signs of wear and tear. It needs a deep cleaning and a refresh. The carpet was dingy and worn, the grout in the tile floors dirty, and there were water stains and lots of scuffs on the walls. The appliances are functional but not great and the cupboards appeared to not have been properly cleaned in a long time. If these issues are dealt with, this place would be worthy of a five star rating.

Fantastic! Property had lots of amenities and an incredible view. Lots in walking distance and property manager was communicative and check-in / out was hassle free. Well stocked kitchen.

Great Location

Safe property and able to walk to restaurants

Late Winter Vacation

Very convenient location, with assigned location that affords the opportunity to walk down to Kona Village and surrounding areas and to also have easy access to the north and south highways. While not “on the beach” and there are buildings partially blocking the view, there is still a lovely view of the ocean that makes a morning cup of coffee on the lanai a real joy.

Most comfortable and welcoming place I’ve stayed in all of Hawaii over the years. Quality at its best. Everything from location, view, linens, furnishings, electronic and kitchen was dialed with care. Hope we get to stay again one day.

10/10 would stay again. We rented a car but were sble to walk to 95% of the resataraunts and shops. View of ocean from balcony was amazing. We spent 9 nights here.

Great place to stay

This condo is in an excellent location and is clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated having a cooler available, as well as beach towels and beach chairs. Kona is wonderful town to visit, and this condo has everything you need, including a beautiful view from the lanai. Our only concern is that the bathtub is very slippery.

A good property but dated interior. Carpet needs to be replaced and bathroom sink is delaminating. Very convenient location. All in all a good rental.

Convenient location great supplies in house. Nice patio for view.

The outside of the building made us nervous upon a first arriving. But inside the unit was just as pictured and wonderful. We really enjoyed our little view, having the AC, walkable location to the Main Street, and a great bonus, with all of the in-home supplies we had access to.

Location, location, location!

Great condo in a great spot in downtown Kona. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the beach at King Kam. Easy drive to all the island activities. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It is in need of a spruce up as it's showing wear and tear (especially the carpet) but was perfect for our first stay in Hawaii. Management company was terrific and checked in with calls and emails to ensure our stay was great! Totally recommend!

The heart of Kona

This property is beautifully located - walking distance to restaurants, shops and best of all, it’s just around the corner from the farmers market with amazing fresh produce. One block off the main road makes it quiet and easily accessible. The keyed entry ensures security and the private deck with an ocean view was a relaxing way to spend an evening after a busy day. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and management was very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the area.
