Welcome to our beachside retreat nestled between the Atlantic Ocean & the Banana River in Downtown Cocoa Beach. You will feel like you are at your own private resort! Completely updated, this home has everything you need for fun in the sun vacation. An abundance of outdoor space to hang out & enjoy the weather. You can be swimming in the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi or just relaxing under the tiki hut watching the game while grilling dinner. Just steps to the beach & river access, and great restaurants and shops!

Great stay

My family and I stayed here for spring break. House was immaculate, back yard was a private resort with clean pool, hot tub, functional fire table. We saw a rocket launch from the hot tub! House was quiet with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Spring Break trip

Great stay! House was clean, well stocked and looked just like the listing. Backyard was great, loved pool, hot tub and outdoor tv area. Good location close to beach, stores and restaurants, many within walking distance. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

This is our 2nd stay here and we LOVE IT! Plenty of room, Beautiful pool, Hot tub and Backyard. The home is very clean, a plus! The hosts are Wonderful! Definitely 10/10.

Amazing place to stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach! The house was clean and inviting and the pool hot tub area was AMAZING! The walk to the beach was nice and close, also that area of the beach was pretty quiet! Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We made great memories with our daughters, love love love! Thank you for sharing your place with us

Great Vacation Rental

What a great rental. I have stayed at a lot of places over the last decade and this is top notch. Love the backyard with pool, hot tub and palapa. Spent most of our time there. It was pleasant surprised that hot tub, heated pool and bbq were all part of the rental price. I can't count how many times I've had to pay an extra $50 a day for heated pool and hot tub or $200 to use the bbq. The one time I had to reach out to find the outdoor tv remote the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend this rentals to other.

Perfect location

This house was just perfect for our 2 families. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room to spread out. The house had everything we needed with fully stocked kitchen.The pool was a huge hit with everyone! We walked almost everywhere. So many restaurants, ice cream shops, beach, etc. While we were visiting there was even a street fair we visited. Highlight recommend this home, close to beach and many restaurants.

Private and Quite

Our stay was so nice and private. The pool was great to have when we didn’t want to go to the beach one day. Relaxing and clean. Wendy was great to help when the AC started acting up. She called right away and got someone to come out asap. We really enjoyed the space, kitchen was well stocked and everything was thought about. We will be back!

Beautiful backyard

We stayed for a full week at this property. The backyard is beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Hosts were easy to get ahold of and communicate with before and during our stay. One of the jets in the hot tub did not work. That was really our only issue during our stay. Beds were okay…pillows were not! However we did not let that be a factor in our stay! We left a volleyball net and ball to use in the pool for the next guests to enjoy. We also left a brand new canopy for the beach! It will come in handy for those very hot days on the beach. There are more than enough towels to use both at the pool and for the beach. This was a very nice addition as we used a lot of them!

Amazing!!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The house was perfect and had EVERYTHING you would want or need. So comfy and clean. Shelves of beach and pool towels, plenty of bath towels and linens, kitchen was fully stocked, there was a cart to carry things for a day at the beach, grill out back, floaties, toiletries and extras in drawers.. and the beds and pillows and bedding were all so comfortable. The owners really make this place feel like home! The backyard was best part.. very private and pool was amazing!! Plenty of good restaurants and stores a short walk away. Everything you can ask for! Thank you for letting us stay. We will definitely recommend to others and would come back to stay again for sure! Cocoa Beach 2024!!

Gorgeous house, prime location l, great amenities

Just recently stayed here for my friends Destination Bachlorette. There were 4 of us traveling from central NY, we each got our own bedrooms and space. The house smelled amazing upon arrival, very clean. The Hot tub and Pool were both amazing, everything is prime located and took no more than 20 mins to walk to basically wherever you wanted, beach, shops, restaurants, if walking was your choice obviously.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations

Had a family vacation with my adult children. A few blocks walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Beautiful home. Very upscale kitchen accessories. Big deck/pool area was absolutely wonderful. The majority of the day there was quite a bit of shades with the tall, beautiful trees. Most comfortable self for family gatherings. I would definitely recommend!

Wendy grew up on Merritt Island and spent all her free time on the beach in Cocoa Beach. After she grew up and moved away, she and her husband Steve and their dear friends Kim and Bryan brought their 6 children to the area for many beach vacations, trips to Disney and the Port Canaveral with the opportunity to see some space launches. With the purchase of Casa al Mare, the two families have realized a dream of having a 2nd home that can be shared with our family, friends and VRBO family. Our home is a slice of heaven with the beautiful pool, hot tub and updated features in the home only a few blocks from the beach. There is a door alarm on each of the French doors which open up to the pool area, to alert adults that someone is walking out to the pool. Casa al Mare has boogie boards, noodles, several beach chairs, pool towels, a cooler, and a beach cart to get everything to the sand. We hope you enjoy Casa al Mare as much as we have!
