La propiedad es una unidad 2BR, 2BA en un edificio de 4 plex. Hay otras dos unidades, en el lado oeste, la unidad de nivel superior y en el lado 'B' del edificio es el lado occidental. Esta es una unidad para no fumadores. TV por cable completo con TV adicional en el dormitorio principal y TV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar.

Cuando llega (vea la foto), este edificio parece una casa grande, pero en realidad es de 4 unidades, la unidad en las fotos está en la mitad izquierda del edificio (este) mientras conduce, unidad de nivel superior. El edificio está construido sobre pilotes para elevarlo por encima de la duna para que cada unidad tenga una gran vista. Esta unidad está en el segundo nivel.

Impresionantes vistas de la playa privada y el agua. Este es un alquiler de sábado a sábado.

Para reservar y obtener las fechas que desee, tendrá que reservar con anticipación, esta propiedad reservará para la temporada rápidamente.

Absolutely perfect facility and location.

Great location

House had been updated which was actually an improvement from the pictures in listing. Only issue was listing showed twin beds (which we needed) actually had Queen been.....just had to do a little room switching. Master shower door needs updating but not a huge issue. Location was fabulous. Chair company was great and beach want crowed in front of our house. Would definitely stay again.

Poor quality furniture on deck, not as pictured. Oversized wood table that is too high to dine at comfortably, and just in the way of everything else. Kitchen not very clean. Can't get a pan to sit level on the burners. Dishes and glassware just a haphazard collection from Goodwill. Appears the windows have not been cleaned on the outside since built. Kind of ruins the view.....Had a good week at the beach, which is most important. But getting tired of paying out this kind of money to owners and HOMEAWAY/VRBO and being taken advantage of. This system is not working well. Someone needs to take responsibility to meet minimum standards and expectations. Can't put it all on the owner and rental agency. Homeaway/VRBO needs to get their game up to snuff or they are going to kill the golden goose.

This person booked under one name, and then reviewed under an entirely different name VRBO/Homeaway should not allow this, as he is attacking them as well. Wow! Upon every guest departure we ask, "was everything ok with your stay", as we did this person, he stated, "that everything was ok". So after this dishonest slanted review we called this person, to ask questions regarding his review, he stated the issue with the pans on the stove, we asked if there was a problem with the stove not working why did he not call to alert that the stove was not working, as this affects the next guest, his response"Not my problem". This is an extremely dishonest person, we will not rent to him again, and recommend anyone else that sees this name pop up beware. He reserved under James, reviewed under Craig. The photos are also up to date, and are accurate. There is a wooden table on the deck of "Lower West", again a very dishonest review, and dishonest person.

Just steps from the beach, but the condo should be renovated.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I would like to highlight the perfect location, just steps from the beach, beautiful view over the beach, balcony perfect for sunset, very quiet environment. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.But: when we arrived, the toaster was broken, the coffee maker very dirty, in three out of four chairs the seat was broken, the sofa was sticky dirty. A very unpleasant first impression.Toaster and coffee maker was exchanged, the sofa cleaned, we got new chairs. The rental office took care of that. Nevertheless, the condo seemed very used and old. Very old tableware, a dryer, the provided rust on the clothes, towels more looking like rags. If the interior would ne renewed, the condo refurbished, it would be a really perfect place.Be careful with small children, bars of the balcony border are loose!

You do realize the amount of money paid right? There are condos and houses that are much nicer, but they rent for thousands of more dollars.

The owners are extremely nice and are constantly doing upgrades to make this place better than it already is. They have redone the walkway to the beach so no more splinters...YEA! They have upgraded the beds which are very much that it made us realize we might need to upgrade ours at our place. They have added new TVs not that you need them since your constantly outside on the deck or the beach being that close. They upgraded the couches. They have added recess lighting which makes the place feel bigger and while we were there they were adding fresh paint to the place. I love seeing owners that keep on top of their property instead of neglecting it. Our family loves this place and we will definitely be back.

Our 6th stay at this property

The fresh paint inside is a welcome addition as is the new decking to the beach (however that top step is misleading as it’s not level). The unit is in need of more kitchenware (dinner plates, pot holders, coffee cups). A bigger better broom would be more helpful as well. It’s an excellent location and served us well. Thank you.
