Enjoyed the stay but lacking resources
Renting was easy and owner was timely in responding. Unit was semi well kept, somewhat dirty and outdated (couch dirty). Supplies not fully stocked (minimal toilet paper, one hand towel for the whole place, no extra blankets or towels, etc.). We otherwise enjoyed the stay.

Thanks for staying with us. We recently changed cleaning crews. We usually have our place pretty clean. We completely updated our place just last year with new bathrooms, paint, new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, new faucets, new Air Condition, new roof, new electrical throughout and new appliances. We also had our place Professionally decorated as seen in all the pictures. We always keep extra blankets and pillows in closets and try to reach out our guests if they need anything. Our response is usually within 10 minutes.

Looking for relaxation,you just found it!
This is the most quiet neighborhood! When you walk in it's like a Caribbean getaway! It's all you need to have time to unwind. Also the fact of so many eating places within walking distance really just eases your stress. Giving opportunity to shop or eat locally revitalizes you. Also the beaches are free to access.The water so crystal clear with white sand beaches.After reenergizing at the beaches it's always wonderful to come back to this clean ,cool, crisp getaway to revamp. You will absolutely love the layout. The master has a sunken tub with endless hot water. Just come and see for yourself! You will absolutely love this place.

Has the Potential to be a 5 Star Accomodation
Pros
• Location – 8 minutes to Coquina Beach with no traffic (8 am). A number of good restaurants and bars within walking distance or a short drive. Try Cortez Cafe and Judy’s Restaurant for breakfast. Walmart is a couple of blocks away.
• Price – the price I paid for the amount of space and location was a good deal.
• Adequate parking – easily parked three vehicles.
• Quiet – even though a duplex, didn’t hear neighbors at all.
• Good air conditioning.
• Layout was functional.
• Beds and sofa bed were fine but bring your own pillows for personal preference.
• Appliances, floors, bathroom fixtures were new and good, If you want single serve coffee, bring your own pot.
• Adequate bath towels but bring your own beach towels.
• Gas grill with gas.
• Owner responsive to requests and easy to reach.
Cons (All correctable)
• Photos were for the duplex next door. No porch as pictured. Backyard is shared and unusable due to sandspurs.
• Bedding for 9, not 10 people. To accommodate 9 people, two people would have to share the bottom bunk. No bed for 10th person.
• Insufficient number of blankets and pillows.
• Only 1 hook and no towel bars in the two bathrooms. Towels had to be hung outside of bathroom. Extremely limited shelving in bathrooms.
• No extra kitchen trash bags, rolls of toilet, paper towels, and no facial tissues.
• Insufficient kitchen equipment – no kitchen towels, pot holders, about ½ cup sugar.
• No grilling tools.
• Management made mistakes with us (thought we were in a different unit) and others (sent another family to our unit).

Thank you Susan for Staying with us. We do appreciate your feedback. The back yard is not shared and last month we spent 10k on separating the back yard. There is an 8'0" tal brand new fence enclosing the entire property with secure gates and a 6'0" new white vinyl fence separating the back yard. The additional blankets and pillow are all in the closet areas. There is one hook for hand towel and 1 hook for bath towel. The extra toiletry is under the sink in the bathrooms. Since we had our duplex professional decorated we did not cluster the bathrooms with bulky shelves.
The Bathroom are newly remodeled last year and we kept our bathrooms simple and neat.
There is a glass shelf installed for all the personnel hygiene such as tooth brushes, shaving supplies and soaps. Also there is a basket above the toilet for additional storage just like the pictures show it.
If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to us through the APP, text or phone. We are here to make sure you enjoy your stay. We can deliver anything you need with in a 1/2 hour.
We Hope that we can extend a better stay next time.
