Private Saltwater Pool - Updated Modern 3BR 3BA - 1 Mile to Beach!

Unpack your bags! You just found the best location in Fort Lauderdale! Our home is located minutes from anything you could need during your stay. Only a 1.3 mile walk to the beach. Looking for some night life? Las Olas main strip is a 10 minute Uber to restaurants and shopping.

Our open concept indoor/outdoor living space will give you the tropical oasis you were looking for with the modern cozy touches of being home. The fully equipped kitchen flows directly outside to the saltwater pool and outdoor cooking space with plenty of room for entertainment whether you are enjoying a glass of wine at night with the Sonos speaker system or lounging by the pool during the day. The pool also offers 4 built in stools that act as a swim up bar.

The master bedroom flows out to the pool area through a large slider with plenty of natural light, large flat screen smart tv, en suite bath that includes dual shower heads and jetted tub.

The den off the entryway has a daybed trundle for extra sleeping space but is also a second area for entertaining with a flat screen smart TV.

Bedroom #2 is where you will find two additional twin beds along with another smart TV.

Bedroom #3 has a walkout slider to the backyard, queen bed, en suite bathroom which is accessible for pool area and smart TV.

Our home offers in home laundry for your use during your stay.

Our family of 4 stayed during Thanksgiving in this gorgeous home! The modern, moody hotel vibe fills every inch of the inside and spills to the outside spaces. There is so much attention to detail in this home and it was spotless. It had everything we needed and then some. The pool was warm and sparkling clean. The location was great and there was so much to do nearby. Great communication by the hosts. We would absolutely stay here again! :)

Family Vacation

Very nice house and great location. The hosts were very responsive and everything was as described. The house is very well equipped and even has all of the beach gear you could want. We highly recommend this property if you are traveling to the Fort Lauderdale area.

The Coral Ridge property is beautiful.

They thought of every detail. Kitchen is very spacious and well stocked. 5 min ride to the beach and they provided beach chairs for our use. We will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Perfect vacation

We had a very good time in Florida. We loved the house with much space, nice interior design and the nice pool. The open kitchen was the gathering point for our family. We would love to be back. Ashley was a great host. Every now and then we had questions that she replied to promptly. All in all it was perfect!

We had a great time

The house was very clean the only problem is outside too many trees. They left lots of leaves all around. Overall the property is beautiful and well taken care of. I really have no regrets or complaints. Thank you for letting us into your home.

Absolute Perfection!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and the lovely hosts! The design, the attention to detail, the friendliness of the homeowners. If you are on the fence as to whether it is worth the investment - it is! I grew up in South Florida and the location is ideal for everything you need. Beach is close and Whole Foods and CVS are right there. Honestly - we barely left the pool! The seats and umbrella in the water make it hard to leave. The waterfall, the grill…We will be back!

Fantastic residence.

The home was beautifully presented, the owners had thought of everything guests would need. The area close by to the house was a little sketchy for my liking but overall we had no problems. The only thing that made us feel uncomfortable was the cameras outside. We are professionals aged in our 50 s and 60 s and would always treat somewhere we stay as if it was our home the cameras in the garden of the property made us feel like we were being watched which was a shame. Everything else about our stay was perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful residence.

Wounderful stay in Coral Ridge

I stayed at this property seven days at the beginning of December 2023 together with my sons (21 and 24 years old). I worked a lot remotely (Teams and Zoom) and Wifi was great. We played several rounds of golf, plenty of tennis and went to three Florida Panthers games out in Sunrise (2-0-1). The property exceeded our expectations and we have already told the host that we would like to return to this property next time in Coral Ridge. Our host – Ashley – she is friendly, swift, and very easy to communicate with. To sum up – I give five stars throughout! Fredrik W

Vacation paradise

The house was beautiful with far more amenities, then we were expecting. The beds were all extremely comfortable, the bathrooms stunning . The outdoor space was great , we spent hours just relaxing at the pool . Ashley was great , she responded to all our inquiries in a matter of minutes. Definitely would recommend this house

Great House in a Great Location

This house was perfect! It is located in a great area close to many restaurants and other amenities. The pool and backyard was amazing! Communication from owners was great before, during, and after the stay. I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Fort Lauderdale area!!

Awesome stay

Beautiful property in an elite neighbor, fully renovated and nicely furnished. Ash and Kory have been super-nice hosts, promptly available at every need, although not on site. Thanks Ash and Kory, we had an awesome stay!
