24 Brooklyn unit B- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
A first floor, one level condo located ocean block on Brooklyn Ave. The condo features a master bedroom and bath; the other four bedrooms share two hall baths. The living, dining and kitchen open up to a spacious screened in porch. There is parking off street for two cars. This condo is just steps to the beach, boardwalk and plenty of great local restaurants and shopping opportunities.

*This is a non smoking unit.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $254.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

We very much enjoyed our stay -- great location, easy parking and nice to be all on one level! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had to move small tables in a couple of the rooms to accommodate bedside lighting. It would be nice if that were available in all rooms.

Family Vacation

We had a great week in Rehoboth staying at this rental. The location was amazing….such a short walk to the beach and Funland. The house was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 10. The bathrooms and kitchen could have been cleaner. New shower curtains would be nice and the cupboards need cleaning. Overall, a wonderful stay. We would definitely rent this property again.

Spacious Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 24b Brooklyn is in the first block to the ocean and close to Funland and all the boardwalk amenities. The condo itself is spacious with a king size master en suite complete with jacuzzi tub, 3 bedrooms with twin beds in each, and 1 bedroom with queen bed. There are 2 additional bathrooms in the hallway. There are TV's in the queen, king, 1 twin bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room is complete with all you need to cook. We especially enjoy the large screened in porch which has a large dining table for meals. This is the perfect beach house for our family. My two year old grandson says "love beach house!"

The only concern we had was the screen on the outdoor porch was starting to fall down but we brought that to the attention of our realtor, Myles Martin, and he assured us it would be taken care of. We are definitely planning to stay there again next year as it is perfect for our family The location is near the beach and it is close to town with all the attractions and great restaurants!

Everything as described. My only complaint would be that the single/twin bed mattresses were very hard and hurt my back after a week (I slept on two different single/twin mattresses with no improvement). The larger beds (queen and king) were notably more comfortable. If you are planning on sleeping on one, you might want to bring a topper. Great screened-in porch!

Very clean and well kept property beautifully decorated. Home in great location with 2 block walking access to the boardwalk and to Rehoboth Ave. Eateries, entertainment and stores all within easy walking distance. We never used our car once we got to the house where we had off street parking. Plenty of space for the 8 of us for a girls for a long weekend. Would definitely recommend this beautiful property. There is a ramp access into the house but would not be suitable for a non-ambulatory motorized wheelchair user- doorways would be too narrow with insufficient turn around into bathrooms and bedrooms. Would be suitable for those with limited mobility. Master bedroom has walk in shower with 1 inch raised lip.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep past 6 a.m.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this building many times, but never in unit B. Every morning at 6:30 we were wakened by kids running in the condo above us in unit 24D, where there is apparently no carpeting . EVERY MORNING they were running back & forth, waking all of us up. We called our rental agent to explain the situation, but nobody ever got back to us - Coldwell Banker didn't seem concerned at all. Unit 24D is rented by Jack Lingo - maybe they need to be told about this situation. Aren't there rules for carpet to be put in condos to prevent this problem? If there are rules, someone needs to tell the owners of 24D to install carpeting. Otherwise, do NOT rent 24B, unless you like being woken up at 6:30 every morning on your vacation. I will be posting this on Trip Advisor so people will know what they can expect if they rent Unit 24B.

Good Location, Nice Condo

The condo was in very good condition, and the one problem I discovered, a leak under the kitchen sink, was taken care of promptly. The kitchen was better equipped than many that I have stayed in, with plenty of things like knives that could actually cut things! This is so rare, I always bring a couple of my own. ;)

Near the beach in Rehobeth

Miles Martin from Coldwell was bothhelpful and professional. There was confusion regarding the linen service,which needs to be addressed, but Miles was helpful in getting us the help we needed. TV man came right away to fix that problem. The biggest issue was the cleanliness --- kitchen refrigerator and stovewere dirty . I don't think the oven has ever been cleaned.! Pool of water at bottom of refrigerator.had not been taken care of - need to pull out refrigerator to do so.. Bathroomshower curtains needed changing or cleaned.Liners are cheap. The porchhadn't been swept. FYI - there was a sour odor coming from the big chairand sofa . Perhaps coming from the vent or air conditioner. The owner may want to check this out. Not inviting Livingroom needs more lighting - black shades don't help! It is a dark apartment. The bedrooms were much improved. Cheerful and bright. New cushions for the porch furniture would be nice. The screening on the porch needs cleaning - would love to be able to siton the porch but not condusive Location and 5 bedrooms are your best draw. I would recommend this place if the above issues were addressed.
