Located on the prestigious north end of Anna Maria Island, you're just a few houses away from the beach with no busy road to cross.

Stunning inside and out, Reef Romance features only the best amenities for your beach vacation. From the gourmet kitchen to the primary suite, every detail has been meticulously planned. Stainless steel kitchen appliances, flat-screen TVs, hand-tiled walk-in showers, and more are all waiting for you. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on both sides of the primary suite, leading you out to the spacious open-air decks. Each room is professionally decorated with custom finishings.

After you have explored Reef Romance inside and out, head to the back of the home and discover your tropical oasis. A private heated pool, large spa, and gas grill are all ready to go for your vacation. Take the winding outdoor staircase up to one of the open-air decks for a peaceful view while you sip a refreshing beverage. There is also an outdoor TV so you don't miss a second of the big game. And, since you're just three houses down from the beach, it won't be long before you're savoring the powder-soft sand between your toes. Adventure is waiting around every corner!

​​​​​​​We might be only 7 miles long but Anna Maria has everything you could need for your perfect beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need
more? Several great rental places have everything from baby gates to golf carts, and they will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels as we provide
those for you.
Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch, and dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyway.
No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the island, you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you?

NO CANCELATION FEES Cancellation Policy (Effective for reservations made on or after August 13, 2025) $500 deposit due at time of booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival Cancel 60+ days before arrival → Full refund (no fees). Cancel within 60 days of arrival → No refund. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Beach Retreats on or before the 60-day deadline. Once paid, it's non-refundable. Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000 → Full payment due 90 days before arrival; once paid, it's non-refundable. Third-party travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.
If the Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, it must be done outside of the 60-day cancellation period, or normal cancellation rules apply. No changes are permitted during the stay.

Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice.

For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential

If Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay.
