Esta cabaña está cerca de la playa y familiar. Te encantará por la ubicación y la acogedora sensación de cabaña. Es ideal para parejas o familias (con niños de todas las edades). Una casa de playa segura! 1/2 cuadra de todas las tiendas, restaurantes y agua es 1 cuadra en cualquier dirección.
Este alquiler está a nivel de la calle con un maravilloso patio delantero perfecto para asar y relajarse en una de nuestras sillas adirondack. Entre por la puerta principal holandesa y tendrá una espaciosa sala de estar. Las 3 habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo. Este es un 3 dormitorios y 1 baño muy grande con una gran ducha y lavabos dobles. Tiene una cocina de galera, sala de desayunos y sala de estar. Incluye plaza de garaje para 1 coche. El garaje se comparte con el piso de arriba de alquiler. Cada alquiler tiene 1 lugar en el garaje. Muy luminoso y luminoso, una ubicación perfecta para acceder a todo en la isla. Lavadora y secadora están en el garaje para su uso compartido con la unidad de arriba. Nuestra unidad tiene capacidad para 8 personas. 2 reinas, un sofá cama Queen de espuma viscoelástica en la sala de estar y un gemelo con un gemelo debajo. ¡La isla Balboa es la vacación perfecta en la playa! ¡Una cuadra en cualquier dirección al agua donde el paddle surf es imprescindible! La isla está hecha para caminar y andar en bicicleta. Un corto paseo hasta el ferry te lleva directamente a la arena donde puedes surfear y hacer surf. ¡No es necesario conducir en absoluto! Todo está justo aquí esperándote.

The house was lovely just as shown in all of the pictures. Lori was very sweet and attentive. We had a very small issue with the garbage disposal, and she addressed it immediately. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a great time.

Very comfortable and actually roomy cottage on the island. The owner's hospitality was on full display when we walked through the door and found a note and a treat from the local bakery! The property was equipped and stocked with everything we needed. If ever headed to Balboa again, we'll come back!

Visiting Family

Great little cottage, stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed grilling out and had a family dinner outside on the patio. The owner was so nice and helpful.The island is very walkable, with cute shops and restaurants. We had a great time taking the ferry to the peninsula, where we rented bikes for the day. This was a fun "touristy" thing I never did during the 20 yrs I lived there. To really enjoy CA beaches, it's worth it to go to Crystal Cove State Beach because it's clean and no crowds. If you want to get a taste of what CA was like "back in the day," this cute cottage is a comfy hub for your stay.

Absolute GEM!!!!

We just returned from a wonderful week down on Balboa Island! Lori went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! The property is very well kept and was spotless upon our arrival. We had our three young children with us and the layout was perfect, lots of games and toys to keep the entertained. Walkable to all our favorite restaurant and beaches! We are already working on finding another week to head back down :) Can’t wait to be sitting on the cute little patio come summer time!

Perfect family getaway house!

Very walkable to everything you will need on Balboa Island. The home is one block in from the cutest main shopping street, which has restaurants, coffee shops, clothing stores and a supermarket. The host has put together a fantastic booklet of recommendations and information about the island as well as the area outside of the island. The home is clean and cozy, and we liked all of the natural light it gets. The front outdoor porch area has a large table and grill, and the living room was spacious and comfortable plus included a shelf with many games & books. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home for a great family stay on Balboa Island!

Great all around

First, location is great. 1 block to shops and restaurants and about 7 blocks to ferry that takes you to Newport Beach. The bay is 2 blocks to each side. Next, the house is great. Able to seat 11 people on fhe deck for dinner with a grill. Beds are super comfy and large, well stocked bathroom. Beach towels provided along with boogie boards!! The living room is right off the front door with 2 couches and 4 chairs. Perfect for family game night or movie night. Can’t say enough good things! Hated to leave but will be back.

Sweetest Spot

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is absolutely adorable. And the location cannot be beat. So close to the Main Street of shopping and restaurants. The decor is darling and the bedrooms are so comfortable. Lori was a wonderful, thoughtful host. The place is even better than the photos. The front porch is huge. Even though there is only one bathroom, it is very large with double sinks. We had a very busy weekend with friends stopping in and we were all very comfortable. We didn’t cook in because we were so close to restaurants. The island is so much fun!! We are coming back for sure!

Perfect getaway!

What an awesome place to stay on Balboa Island! This house was perfect for our family. We had a variety of ages and it was the perfect fit! So close to downtown and the water. Highly recommend… the house was stocked with everything we needed which made it feel like home!

Friendly owner, spotless property, awesome location

This was a wonderful base for our stay in Balboa. Just a quick walk to downtown Balboa Island, and meticulously clean and cared for. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. We'd enjoy staying again.

Lovely Place to Stay

The house is so nice and very comfortable. The beds are quite comfortable as well. This was a four girl weekend and there was plenty of room and the bathroom is quite large. We had fun hanging out on the front porch, playing board games (many in the house to choose from). Walking around the island is a must as is shopping in the great boutique stores on Marine Ave. We never left the island except one night to walk to Bayside Restaurant for dinner. Lori the host was fabulous and friendly and great at communication before and during our stay. I would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful Get Away

Lori was an amazing host who has made her lovely rental warm, comfortable, and inviting. She took extra care in making sure we had everything we needed for a much needed girls weekend! From providing coffee and a delightful treat to making sure we had information on all the best things to do on the island and beyond, Lori went above and beyond to make our trip special. The house was impeccably clean and was outfitted with anything and everything we could need.
