2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Sleeps 6. Fully furnished and freshly painted. Master bedroom has queen bed, dresser and closet. 2nd bedroom has day bed with trundle and dresser. 2nd bedroom also has ensuite bathroom with stand up shower. Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo. Living room has 1 queen sleeper sofa with an extra sofa and flat screen television. Kitchen has been remodeled. Kitchen is completely stocked with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot, toaster, blender and microwave. Dining table seats 4. Washer and dryer are available for renters to use. Large furnished screen porch with television to relax after a day at the beach. WIFI is also available. Washer and dryer are out on the screened porch in closet. Owner has a brand new propane grill for renters to use. Short walk to the beach. It also has a Concrete driveway. Enjoy the home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, shuffleboard court, pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but you can purchase linen package.

Super clean and great price!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed close walking distance to the beach and walking inside the community . Quiet and peaceful area. Need to repair whole in wall by furnace. A two car parking slab would be nice.

The house wasn't the best but the location was great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The village for the rental was great. Multiple pools and lakes and other things to do in it. The house however was not the best. It was much smaller than expected and outdated. The house was smaller than a single wide trailer but with a big screened in porch. Small open living room and kitchen, with 2 small bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room furniture was old, stained, and dirty. The bunk bed was not sturdy enough for anyone to use the top bunk. The extra beds were just mattresses on the floor. The carpets and floors were also older and stained. You could tell they remodeled the kitchen and tried to freshen up with paint but you could see alot of water damage with the walls bubbled out and ceilings stained. It was nice that they did have a washer and dryer to use. If they would update the furniture and get better beds it wouldnt be bad for a small group who didnt plan on spending a whole lot of time at the house. When I reported the dirty furniture to the staff they did offer to have a cleaning crew come clean it the next day but we just put a blanket over it since we were already there and werent going to be home that often. The location to the beach and the highway was great though. You could walk to the beach and pools very easily. I would recommend this neighborhood again but probably not the house unless they did the updates, and only for 2 to 4 people because of its small size.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rose Real Estate is AMAZING to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and satisfied. There are so many amenities within the park as well. The house was good but definitely could use some window coverings in the kitchen and back door as it did stay very warm (84-89) during heat of the day. We also noticed after the rain, fleas were present both inside and out. Nothing terrible and we knew it was pretty friendly: just surprising. Overall it could use updating with cleanliness of the furniture for amount you pay but was a pleasant stay because of Oceanside Village being so awesome.
