Second Visit - Great Stay!

This is the second time visiting this home and we are booked for a third visit next year. Great location with a feels like home rental. Lots of great restaurants in the area, close to pool and beach, shopping and mini-golf. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable property with great proximity to the beach as well as shopping (grocery store etc). Everything in the house was in working order and had no issues with anything. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

Hands down one of the nicest places we have stayed. It was so convenient to the pool, hot tub, and splash pad. The pictures do not do the inside justice. Many upgrades have been added. Clean and spacious inside.My family said they wanted to stay here every year. Owners were quick to answer any questions in a very timely manner.

Most relaxed we've felt in a while

My family of 4 spent just under a week at this property and had a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The rental was exactly as advertised, we had everything we needed, it was quiet, we felt safe and at home. Highly recommended!!

My grandparents owned this home from 1983 - 2008 so my family has many fond memories at this house. We truly appreciate the owners accommodating our stay and we look forward to hopefully returning next year!

A nice place to stay!

My husband and I really love this property and we’re so excited about having access to the golf cart. It’s a great location to the beach and lots of things to do within just five minutes. The house is nicely decorated and clean. The owners have really taken time to make things extra special!

Perfect stay for bike week.

wonderful location and home

We cook a lot so the kitchen is important, it is very well stocked with all the right things, even spices, oils etc. We love the proximity of the beach and the special parking accommodations at the beach. The neighborhood was quite and friendly. Our whole experience was wonderful

Just what we needed

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this location and it’s my favorite. Everything is always very clean and ready for us when we arrive and Theresa is very accessible if I have any questions. We absolutely love the patio area. Morning or evening it’s always the perfect place to relax.

Cute Cottage

We had a great time. There was enough room for our four adults and two children. It was great having a washer and dryer to use. Our grandsons really liked riding in the golf cart. It made it convenient to get to the beach.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to take an exciting leap and purchased the Blue Seahorse, sight unseen, in a neighborhood we’ve known for over 20 years. While we’re not retired yet, we've stepped away from the grind of working crazy hours to impress others. We wanted a regular getaway to relax and recharge, and we’re planning to make the Blue Seahorse our retirement home in the next decade or so.

We had been casually searching for the past 5 to 7 years, and everything just came together the summer of 2020. With life feeling so chaotic, we knew it was the right time! There were three or four properties in our final selection, so I sent my two nephews from New Jersey to South Carolina to choose from the top three. The Blue Seahorse stood out as the best mix of price, space, location, and upgrades. We have big plans for this property and look forward to getting input from our guests on what should be prioritized.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Here’s what we've completed so far: added a new patio with both living and dining areas, redecorated the dining room, living room, porch, and two bedrooms. The primary bedroom, called the Nautical Nest, sleeps two (or more if you're feeling adventurous), while the second bedroom, known as the Garden, accommodates 2-4 guests. You can enjoy meals in the Sunflower Dining Room and unwind in the Lighthouse Lanai. We've also upgraded to a new propane BBQ for outdoor cooking!
