You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time.

We require that the guest booking the home signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).

We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.

Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar.

Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels but please also bring some of your own. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.

Parking: There is parking for two cars and a golf cart in the driveway. Because we are on a corner lot, there is also street parking.

Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance only for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub that is behind the TV console.

Trash: Trash comes every Monday and Thursday. If you are at the house on Sunday or Wednesday
evening, please take the can to the curb.

Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
