Welcome to Hickson House Duplex, home to Aly’s Hideaway and Blair’s Bungalow—two comfortable, well-equipped 2-bedroom units located just steps from our private dock on Black Sound, Green Turtle Cay. Perfect for families, couples traveling together, or groups looking for space, convenience, and easy island access.
Each unit offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, living room, fast WiFi, air-conditioning, and flexible sleeping arrangements: choose either 1 king or 2 XL twins in any bedroom. Blair’s Bungalow also includes an optional airbed for families traveling with up to 5 guests.
Guests love how close we are to the water—only about 100 yards to your private dock, where you’ll find boat slips, easy loading/unloading, and security cameras for peace of mind. With instant access to boating, fishing, this location is ideal for island adventures.
You’ll also be near restaurants, beaches, golf cart rentals, grocery stores, and the historic settlement, while enjoying the privacy of a quiet residential area. Two units make it simple to travel together while still having your own space.

We’ve called Alaska home for more than 45 years and have spent over three decades running a remote, full-service fishing lodge—so hospitality is truly in our blood. After hosting guests from all over the world, we’ve learned exactly what people appreciate: comfort, cleanliness, thoughtful touches, and a place that feels genuinely welcoming. In the winter months, we retreat to Green Turtle Cay for several months where we bring that same level of care to our vacation rentals and love sharing the island with fellow travelers.

It’s a comfortable, convenient spot that feels safe, relaxing, and perfectly “island.”
