Five of the seven bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Four in the main house, one in the casita.That is the whole reason this home works. Most seven bedroom homes in Scottsdale have the bedroom count without the bathrooms, so by the second morning somebody is waiting in a hallway for a shower and two couples are sharing a sink. Groups end up splitting across two houses, or booking four resort rooms and meeting in a lobby. Either way the group stops being a group.Here, ten adults can each close their own door and use a bathroom nobody else touches, and everyone still ends up in the same kitchen at seven in the morning.



FOR GOLF GROUPS

Troon North, Grayhawk, and The Boulders are minutes away. Every player gets hotel room privacy without the hotel. No lobby meetups, no waiting on a shower before a tee time, no one texting the group from a different floor. Clubs go in the garage. Everyone comes back to the same fire pit at ten at night.



FOR COUPLES

Four or five couples each get a bedroom with its own bathroom. Nobody negotiates over who gets the good room, and nobody shares a sink with another couple. When the rooms are equal, the group stops keeping score and the trip actually gets booked.



FOR FAMILIES TRAVELING TOGETHER

The home divides into three zones that share one kitchen.The south wing is a self contained two bedroom casita with its own front entrance, living area, and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. Grandparents or a second family get their own space without leaving the property.Between the casita and the main master sits another bedroom with its own private entrance, which works for a teenager or whoever arrives on a late flight.The main house holds the master plus three more en suite bedrooms, and the bonus room takes two bunk beds and sleeps four, so all the kids land in one place and parents keep their own bathroom.Everything is on one level. No stairs anywhere, no luggage hauled upstairs, no gates at the top of a staircase.



OUTSIDE

Two saltwater pools. The shallow upper pool is for kids and sunbathing. The larger lower pool is for actual swimming and lounging.A twelve person in ground spa. A gas fire pit for evening drinks and stargazing. A covered gazebo with a TV, pool table, and lounge seating, built for late night card games and lazy afternoons out of the sun.Two BBQ grills and full outdoor seating with open desert views. All of it on 2.28 private acres with no shared walls and no neighbor close enough to hear.



INSIDE

Chef's kitchen with dual islands and gas appliances, sized for a group that actually cooks. Private theater room. Nine TVs, one in every bedroom. High speed Wi Fi throughout. Washer and dryer in the home.

GETTING HERE AND PARKING

About thirty minutes from Sky Harbor. Parking on site for five vehicles plus an RV. Street parking is not permitted in this neighborhood. Self check in through the front door keypad, and your code arrives the day before you come.



INCLUDED NOV-APR: gas fire pit, both fireplaces. No charge.



POOL HEAT: Both pools have gas heaters, which is why the amenity list shows heated. Heat is optional, $100 per day, covers both pools. Tell us before arrival.



HOT TUB: Relax in the spacious, gas-heated hot tub with seating for up to 12 guests. Spa heating is available for $60 per day, with the temperature set to 102°F. Please request spa heating before your arrival.



SUPPLIES

Starter paper goods, soap, and detergent. Larger groups usually pick up more.



PETS

One dog under 20 lbs, $100.



HOUSE RULES

Two night minimum, no exceptions. No parties or events.
