Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
After booking, guests are required to sign our short rental agreement electronically. A $300 security deposit hold is placed on the credit card 2 days before arrival and is automatically released within 3 days after departure, pending no damage or excessive cleaning. This is an authorization hold only, not a charge.


*Cancellation policy is full refund within 60 days of check-in minus the credit card processing fee.

We had a great time during our stay at Good Vibrations. The property was very well appointed, clean, and very comfortable for our crew. The boat house and deck provided a great gathering point for fun in the lake and provided shade from the sun when we needed it. Fishing right off of the dock was great - and there was plenty of room for our 23’ boat as well. Monica was a great host with clear communication and very prompt response to any questions we had. All in all - a great experience and a truly lovely property. Highly recommend!

Wonderful week!

Good vibrations couldn’t have been better! While it was perfect for us with little ones- the water is only 2-4 feet deep at the dock. A plus for those traveling with little ones.

Perfect sums it up!

Good Vibrations was absolutely perfect for my family of 8 (my husband and I, 3 young adult children, Nana and two labs). The house is very, very clean (an absolutely must for me). The master was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the dock and access to the lake was amazing. We loved the garage-turned-game room and used it on our one "rainout" day. We walked our dogs every morning down to the end of golf course road. It was easy trip into town to the Piggly Wiggly for anything we might need. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. We rented a pontoon boat and used the dock daily.

Beautiful house in quiet cove

House was very clean, had everything and very comfortable. The cove was very quiet. We rented a boat for a week and were able to keep at the house. We caught a lot of fish from the dock. The owner was responsive to any inquiry I made prior to the stay. All pictures were accurate.

Nice house with lake access

Beautiful and relaxing lake house

Beautiful house, great floor plan and beautiful views from the primary suite. Huge en suite with walk in shower and separate soaker tub. Large vanity with room to do hair and makeup. Nice open floor plan. Hot tub was great and very clean. We enjoyed our time in the house and on the lake. We had no issues and everything was splendid. Definitely would consider renting again!

Spring break on the lake!

This is a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake. The house is clean, modern, and well-organized with everything labeled for convenience. Our child and parents enjoyed the game room and dock. We had everything we needed and had a nice week of fishing and relaxing in the hot tub! I will say that it is tough to rent a boat in the off season in this small town, but we managed to do it, and had a great day on the water with the lake practically to ourselves!

Beautiful home, exactly as pictured in listing. Very comfortable beds with high quality linens. Game room in garage was a big hit! Spent a lot of time outside enjoying the lake view at the dock. So peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely return.

Fabulous get away!

Perfect Christmas Getaway

This was the perfect spot for us to meet our adult children, and new grandchild, for a Christmas getaway. The house was perfectly furnished with everything we needed to feed, and entertain everyone all week. I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Great home and location

Monica was great, very easy to communicate with, and made this a seamless process. The home was lovely, and the location was nice. The cove is quiet and relaxing, with many amenities available to us. The home itself was spacious with great views of the lake. Game room was great as well for all of us. Beds were comfy, the bathrooms spacious, great deck to relax for morning coffee, and the hot tub was the cherry on top We will be back, and have already told a few families about this house.

Family vacation

Great house

Love that we could bring our furry family members as well! Sometimes pet friendly homes aren’t the same quality, but this house was gorgeous. We brought a couple sheets to put over the couches to help keep things clean. Master suite was huge, but the views during every meal from the dining room of the lake were amazing.

Spectacular 3+ bedroom main lake cove house boasts magnificent views & a serene private setting for all to enjoy.
Enjoy the great outdoors on this beautiful, waterfront, flat lot featuring a large boathouse that easily holds two boats, plenty of seating, refrigerator, and amazing views. For your enjoyment in the peaceful cove and beyond, there are two sit-on-top kayaks, a 10' paddle board with life jackets and oars. The water at the shore is about 12", great for children and water activities.
The water then deepens to over 4 feet at the boathouse perfect for docking your boat. Yard games include corn hole, yard Yahtzee, and bocce. In the evenings, enjoy the waterfront fire pit or the 6-person hot tub on the new two-tiered deck. Meals are just better from the top deck with table seating for 8 and a propane grill. Just a half mile from the house is the neighborhood boat ramp available for guests to launch their boats.

The outstanding, spacious fully renovated interior of the home is setup for for entertaining. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen. Take in the gorgeous lake view from the huge dining room table while comfortably seating eight people. The living room features a large vaulted ceiling with two fans, a 75" HDTV, leather sectional seating, and amazing views of the lake from the wall of windows.
An added plus on the main floor is the game room containing basketball arcade, foosball, Arcade PACMAN and XMEN, shuffle board, TV, game table, board games and a full-sized refrigerator. Conveniently located on the main floor is also the large master bedroom overlooking the lake with a comfortable king-sized bed and master bath with soaking tub and shower.

Take the open staircase to the upstairs and two king bedrooms, one with an attached room containing two full beds, and two full bathrooms (one with a tub/tile shower and the other with a tiled shower.

The extra wide driveway has enough room for parking vehicles and trailers.

The house features two HVAC systems one for each floor that does great keeping the house at the right temperature for all guests. Each floor has its own individual thermostat.

Also the property is located on a main lake cove, there are NO bridges/tunnels/culverts to go under with your boat!

This property is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, marinas and more. Just a ten minute drive to Food Lion grocery store, restaurants and more.
