Very nice property with a great view of the lake. Host was friendly and check-in was smooth. Great location about 10 minutes to downtown Littleton which has a couple of nice restaraunts and a brewery. Would definitely recommended.

Clean and great lake lot and dock!

Our family of 6 had a great time at Good Vibrations. We loved the clean aesthetic of the place and appreciated the game room especially. There were thoughtful inclusions the host provided such as a paddleboard and 2 kayaks which our crew loved. I especially loved the mini fridge down at the dock that we had access to as we could keep cold drinks always in reach while we were reading and hanging out on the dock. It was a quiet and peaceful cove for the week we were there and we loved our stay!

The Name Says It All

We enjoyed our stay at the Good Vibrations lake house. The newly remodeled house was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The bedrooms and kitchen were top-notch and the game room was perfect for entertaining when it was time to come off the water. We rented a pontoon boat and were very pleased with the ability to dock it and buzz back and forth between here and the house where our family stayed. The house supply of water craft (kayak, etc) was also very handy, and relaxation factor in the shade of the boat house was fantastic. Lastly, the little cove where this house is situated was a nice, quiet community, within a 10-minute drive to everything you would need.

9/10Beautiful, Spacious Property with Excellent AmenitiesWe had a great stay at this clean and spacious home. The wide-open indoor layout echoes a bit but is beautiful, and the master bathroom shower was a total highlight. The kitchen is fairly well-equipped for general cooking and grilling, with salt, pepper, and Pam provided. It is also incredibly convenient having three refrigerators on-site—one in the kitchen, one in the game room, and another right down at the dock.The location is excellent, tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac cove on the water with minimal boat traffic, friendly neighbors, and clear water filled with fish. Hanging out on the dock was a favorite pastime. The water trampoline was a fun surprise. The dock support poles were the perfect spot to hang the hammock we brought along, just watch out for splinters. A few quick tips for future guests: Take the management company literally about what is not provided. They only left 2 dishwasher tabs for our group of 6 (for a week!) and no garbage bags, so you must pack your own basic household supplies. Also, the house SUP is fine for local cove use, but do not take it out to the main lake as it fills up with water and becomes difficult to navigate. Aside from needing to bring your own basic provisions, this is a wonderful vacation spot!

Perfect Christmas Getaway

This was the perfect spot for us to meet our adult children, and new grandchild, for a Christmas getaway. The house was perfectly furnished with everything we needed to feed, and entertain everyone all week. I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Spectacular 3+ bedroom main lake cove house boasts magnificent views & a serene private setting for all to enjoy.
Enjoy the great outdoors on this beautiful, waterfront, flat lot featuring a large boathouse that easily holds two boats, plenty of seating, refrigerator, and amazing views. For your enjoyment in the peaceful cove and beyond, there are two sit-on-top kayaks, a 10' paddle board with life jackets and oars. The water at the shore is about 12", great for children and water activities.
The water then deepens to over 4 feet at the boathouse perfect for docking your boat. Yard games include corn hole, yard Yahtzee, and bocce. In the evenings, enjoy the waterfront fire pit or the 6-person hot tub on the new two-tiered deck. Meals are just better from the top deck with table seating for 8 and a propane grill. Just a half mile from the house is the neighborhood boat ramp available for guests to launch their boats.

The outstanding, spacious fully renovated interior of the home is setup for for entertaining. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen. Take in the gorgeous lake view from the huge dining room table while comfortably seating eight people. The living room features a large vaulted ceiling with two fans, a 75" HDTV, leather sectional seating, and amazing views of the lake from the wall of windows.
An added plus on the main floor is the game room containing basketball arcade, foosball, Arcade PACMAN and XMEN, shuffle board, TV, game table, board games and a full-sized refrigerator. Conveniently located on the main floor is also the large master bedroom overlooking the lake with a comfortable king-sized bed and master bath with soaking tub and shower.

Take the open staircase to the upstairs and two king bedrooms, one with an attached room containing two full beds, and two full bathrooms (one with a tub/tile shower and the other with a tiled shower.

The extra wide driveway has enough room for parking vehicles and trailers.

The house features two HVAC systems one for each floor that does great keeping the house at the right temperature for all guests. Each floor has its own individual thermostat.

Also the property is located on a main lake cove, there are NO bridges/tunnels/culverts to go under with your boat!

This property is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, marinas and more. Just a ten minute drive to Food Lion grocery store, restaurants and more.
