Wonderful again!

This is our second stay at this property, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, everything was clean and the owner even provided a welcome basket of goodies. We hope to stay again!

Winter Break

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for skiing. The kitchen was well equipped for meals. The place was also very clean. We hope to return soon.

Cozy snowshoe vacation rental

We loved our stay at this lovely condo. Owners have definitely redone this unit and made it special. Great beds, good location, good parking, easy walk to village central but yet far enough away for much better sleep at night. Great owner communication and overall stellar stay. Planning another trip next year and hope to stay again.

Perfect weekend

We could not have asked for a better home while at 4848 festival. The shuttle is literally 10 steps away and it’s only a 10 min walk otherwise. The home was clean and mark was very helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a second terrific stay at Mark's lovely condo. It is spotless, welcoming and comfortable. The fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer unit are nice and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is great, nearby a nice path to the village and if there are things happening in town you can escape to a quiet retreat. We hope to book it again next year!

Wonderful Snowshoe experience!

The condo was exactly as described. There is ample, well-appointed space. And the location is excellent. We had one glitch that the owner responded to immediately. Definitely a property worth booking.

Perfect Snowshoe Condo

Our stay at Mark’s place could not have been better. The condo was recently renovated. It’s in beautiful condition, comfortable, very clean, with really nice amenities. Mark’s communication was excellent. We hope to stay there again next year! This was my fourth stay at Snowshoe and absolutely the best lodging I’ve found. Thank you, Mark!

Snowshoe Bliss

Loved this property. I would rent here again. We were two moms with 4 kids. Perfect set up. A full bathroom for moms and a full bathroom for kids on second floor. And a 1/2 bath on first floor. First floor beautifully updated with a working fireplace. Just enough space for us to make simple dinners. And a large counter to put an array of snacks for the kids. Wi-Fi worked great. I could stream Netflix while the kids played online games. There was an entry way that was the perfect space to hang ski clothes and stash boots. The slope was just a 3 min walk across a parking lot. And no problem finding parking in front of the condo. Great place.

We love this place!

We stayed in this property last year; I was anxious to stay in it again, however, my husband and son developed covid last minute and we were unable to go. Mark, the property owner, had already been available and proactive in his communication even before I notified him of this turn of events and was incredibly helpful and accommodating as I found another renter for the week. He worked with me and the replacement renter which enabled me to recoup most of my $$s... which he didn't have to do. Thank you, Mark! Having stayed here before, I already knew the property is well maintained and cozy and comfortable - perfect for our family of 3. The pics don't do it justice. Mark, we are looking forward to a redo of our thwarted plans and hope to book with you again soon!

If you're wondering if you should, book it!

First of all, Mark, the host is an A+ on communication. Last minute questions, such as, if there is a Keurig or a slow cooker were promptly replied to which helped since I was packing at the time. He is super nice and helpful and cared if we were happy, satisfied and needed anything. We had two families: One with 2 adults and a 14-year-old. The other with 2 adults, a 16-year-old and a 20-year-old. The family of 4 stayed in the bunkhouse-2 fulls with a twin bunk over each and there were no complaints. The two adults stayed in the primary suite with the 14-year-old on the sofa bed in the living room. Has a wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood directly across from the townhouse--super close. Satchel is handy by the door for easy toting of the firewood. A snow shovel was provided which we used to keep the walkway clean but there is also an employee of the property that comes by and shovels and de-ices each day. Washer and dryer worked great. Vestibule for ski stuff was ample and heated to keep your gear warm. Has a Keurig and slow cooker. All of the cooking supplies you can need. Big fridge and freezer sections. We cooked the whole time, breakfasts, lunches and dinners with no problems. Food storage is limited but the counterspace allowed for the storage of a lot of it and we made some room in a cabinet that had glasses in it so it worked. Powderidge lift is a short walk through the parking lot-perfect location. Enclosed bus stop across the road. Book it!

Definitely recommend

Quick trip with the kids and grandkids to Snowshoe for Christmas. The condo was a huge part of our experience. Exactly as described. It is in a great location and has everything you need. The host communicated well and was very accommodating to our needs. I definitely would recommend this place to any family going to Snowshoe.
