This sky-blue retreat is ready to welcome you to paradise! You'll definitely enter beach mode when you step into this family-friendly condo, not least because of the lovely ocean view. Relax and take it in out on your private furnished balcony, or recline in the living room and enjoy the central air conditioning. Ceiling fans in each bedroom (with the exception of the bunk room) will help you get comfy. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy an en suite bathroom featuring a standalone shower and a soaking tub. But everyone can gather out in the full kitchen to help cook up meals, thanks to the open design and standalone prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Once the swimsuits are done in the private washer/dryer, head out and enjoy direct beach access. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room during their stay.

Splash Resort is a beachfront property on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, offering you close proximity to the city's family-friendly attractions and a wonderfully relaxing setting to come home to. When you're not swimming, sunbathing (beach service is available for hire from March until October), or practicing your skills in a variety of water sports on the beach downstairs, you'll be only two miles up the coast from more than 100 stores, excellent restaurants, an IMAX theater, and all kids of entertainment at Pier Park. The exciting marine encounters of Gulf World can be found three miles southeast, while the charming beach communities along Scenic Route 30A begin at Inlet Beach only seven miles northwest.

The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal.
Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
