Canaveral Towers Unit # 809 es orgullosamente propiedad de 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', ¡el propietario más grande de alquileres de vacaciones premium frente al mar en Space Coast!

Este condominio en el octavo piso, Direct Oceanfront, es una casa de playa de 2 dormitorios lujosamente renovada con vistas únicas al océano. No hay otro frente a la playa de alquiler semanal en el área de Cocoa Beach que tiene 8 pisos de altura, lo que significa que no solo tiene una vista directa de la playa / océano, sino que también puede ver hacia la costa hasta el muelle que está a 1 milla al sur de usted.

Great Location & View

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was comfortable and worked well for our group. I would choose to stay here again. If you book make sure the elevators are working. All elevators were out of operation for several hours one day. This unit is on the 8th floor with lots of stairs to climb with the elevators down.

Great Summer Getaway

This property was so perfect! Great views and easy access to the beach. It was also nice that they close the pool at night so enjoying the ocean sounds was never a problem. The property was very clean and had the essentials! Would love to go back!

Laid back family atmosphere

This was one of our favorite vacations in recent memory. The condo was actually better than described in the VRBO page. The kitchen had both a salad spinner a wonderful selection of sharp chef knives. It was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed standing on the balcony drinking morning coffee while watching the little brown rabbits hopping around in the dunes at sunrise, and walking the beach seeing the ghost crabs scurry into their holes. We highly recommend this condo!

Gorgeous

We recommend this beautiful oasis .. u had beautiful sunrises over the ocean and beautiful sunsets over the river. Best of both. We were at a perfect location to watch the rocket launch had they not aborted the mission. It was a 50 min drive to SeaWorld, and just a few more min u can go to alamont mall. We had an issue with the master bathroom sink so we emailed the host and she responded quickly and had it looked at/fixed by the next day. We bought a couple of laundry baskets just because we didn’t like leaving clothes on floor. We left them there for the next guest. If I had anything negative to say, it would be about the iron and ironing board. I’m one who actually still irons my clothes, so I think that the host could afford to buy a better iron and board.. Due to the fact that the iron leaks water everywhere and the board was very wobbly. But this would Not stop me from staying here again. Loved, loved, loved our vacation. And the host seemed very nice and on top of things.

We love the Space Coast!

We saw a rocket launch from the beach and the dolphins put on a show for us too. The condo had everything we needed and it was easy to get to stores and restaurants. We went to the Kennedy Space Center one day and there was so much to see! The beach was never crowded. It was a fun week!

Very Pleasantly Surprised

Myself, my husband, and our grown daughter loved the condo. Great view, very clean, easy access to the beach and pool. Our two small dogs got to come too, and they even loved it. We also really appreciated the beach chairs being provided! We would definitely come back and most definitely refer others to stay here as well.

Pleasantly surprised!

Overall, the property, room, and area was great. Great views of beach, ocean, fishing boats, barges, and cruise ships. Room was nice and clean. We normally go to Myrtle Beach, very busy and very populated. This area is calm and laid back, more my style. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone. We even saw a rocket launch. The only downside was just 1 of 2 elevators available, and it was pretty small.

Fun in the sun!

We loved everything! Having to pick up the key at another location and then having to go return it was bad but other than that it was great! We will be back!

Excellent Location

This unit provided plenty of space for my husband and I. It was clean and well furnished. Direct ocean view was the best. Waking up and watching the sunrise was amazing. Very quite location. Just a mile walk down the beach to the pier.

Stay at Canaveral towers

We had planned a trip to Florida and booked our stay at Canaveral Towers. From the first interaction with Kelsey she has been wonderful. She keeps you up to date, answers all your questions immediately and goes above and beyond. Our condo was a 2 bedroom with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately about 3 days into our stay the compressor went out on the air conditioner unit. I called Kelsey on a Sat she immediately got back to me and had a company out to look at the unit. Unfortunately they could not fix it. When I spoke to Kelsey she said she had a 3 bedroom unit available for the rest of our stay and we were more than welcome to go look at it. We went to that condo and it was also absolutely beautiful. We finished out our stay in the second condo unit. I want to say a huge thank you to Kelsey for going above and beyond. We didn't have to cut our trip short, you took a situation that was completely out of anyones control and made it the best possible experience. We had so much fun and the management is top notch! We definitely will be coming back. The grounds are so beautiful, amazing pool, quiet units and close to all the action. Could mot ask for better!

You won’t regret booking this place!

We absolutely loved our stay! Check in was easy but maybe not ideal for anyone coming late, as you have to get a key from a lock box off site and bring it back. It’s very easy and practical but we were just super tired getting into cape canaveral at 11pm and wanting to go to bed. The area is great - we watched 2 rockets launch from the balcony by the elevators, watched the rocket booster being towed back to NASA, & watched lots of cruise ships go in and out of port from pretty much everywhere. Such amazing views! Lots to do in the area & the beach is very nice. Loved the big pool! I will say that the building association “rules” say that kids who aren’t potty trained are not allowed in the pool but I doubt anyone was patrolling that - but just an odd thing I noticed. The actual condo was very nice. Big table for us all to eat around. Coffee maker, nice big fridge with ice/water, stove/oven, and everything else you could need to prepare meals. We found that there was dish soap, dishwasher tabs/liquid, & laundry soap; then also body wash, shampoo, & conditioner in both bathrooms! Be sure to bring your own coffee & filters if you’re getting in late as there isn’t any in the condo and there was almost nothing open besides the 7-11 at midnight. There were several boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, a beach blanket, 2 umbrellas, & some beach towels which was super helpful. There weren’t any sand toys for young kids but we bought some & left them for future tenants to use. Washer/dryer were super nice to have! You get a covered parking spot which has the condo number on it so you never have to worry about parking. You need a physical key to operate almost everything - the elevator, condo door, gate into & out of the pool, gate into & out of the beach, pool bathrooms, & the hose for rinsing your feet after the beach. That was not our favorite thing to deal with, but I get that it’s another building association thing & not the owner’s choice. We did appreciate that we always felt safe & everything was clean bc of it! Kelsy was absolutely great to deal with. Every time I emailed her, she replied within minutes. We would absolutely stay here again & are already thinking ahead to next year. Definitely book here. You cannot beat the views & proximity to the many fun things in the area!

Stay for a month. Was very pleased . Condo only had 1 beach chair and 1 lawn type beach chair Highly recommend that owner supply at least 2 more beach chairs. I was glad we brought 2 of our own. Would rent this condo again.

Good stay

The room was very nice however it did have some defects that we were unaware of. Including a sliding door that was not easy to open, one of the beds were broke, and the construction was going on almost the entire time we were there. It did have a really nice view, the beach was right next to our hotel, and was convenient for all other needs. The check in process was difficult seeing how you had to go get a key to unlock your door that was separate from the hotel office then go to the hotel unlock your door get your own keys that were on the condo table then drive back to the original office to put your key back in the lock box. It was a lot of travel back-and-forth especially for somebody who had to Uber back-and-forth.

Work retreat

I came down for work and opted for a condo in lieu of a hotel. The condo was perfect. Clean, great location, friendly neighbors, and stunning views. The construction had started during my stay, and I was worried about noise, but it wasn't a problem. I look forward to visiting again.
