Your Space
The open floor plan flows seamlessly between the oversized kitchen and the great room, creating a comfortable gathering space for your group. The living area connects naturally to the dining space, so whether you’re cooking, watching a movie on the large TV, or relaxing by the fire after a day at the beach, everyone stays part of the moment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge with ice maker, microwave, breakfast bar with three bar stools, a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker—perfect for quick breakfasts or preparing meals together. The dining table seats 12 comfortably, making it ideal for family dinners, game nights, or long brunches after morning walks along 30A.
