253 Seaside is an updated 1 bedroom condo in South Forest Beach, perfectly designed for a small family trip, girls' weekend or romantic getaway. This beautifully maintained Forest Beach rental offers ocean views, new furnishings and fantastic community amenities!

Tile flooring spans the property, and the comfortable living area features a sofa, club chair, Smart TV and a dining table with bench seating. Both the living area and bedroom have ceiling fans. The private balcony features a bar height table and chair set, as well as a cushioned loveseat to enjoy the views of the Atlantic!

The well-equipped kitchen has custom cabinetry, full size appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your guests.

The bedroom features a new queen bed and a Smart TV. The built-in bunk beds are located just outside the bedroom. Both sleep areas share access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

In addition to free wifi, both Smart TVs are able to stream your favorite shows and both have full cable packages. The condo also features an air purifier and plenty of closet space and beach chairs, beach buggy and tent are available for guest use!

Sea Side Villas is a gated community located right in the heart of Hilton Head’s premiere South Forest Beach with 2 pools, a grilling area, sun deck and swing. Elevators are located in both buildings and laundry rooms are found on every floor (coin operated machines). The complex has free parking available under the buildings and the surrounding gated, secure community.

Seaside allows TWO vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Please specify number of car passes that are needed.

Our Forest Beach rentals at Seaside are just a short five minute walk to Coligny Plaza which has wonderful shops, bars and restaurants! Stroll down to the Tiki Hut which is an island favorite beach bar and enjoy live music daily during the season. Parks, golf courses, live music, shops, walking/biking paths and fun surround the area!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
