Whether you’re relaxing after a day on the water or hosting guests on the expansive wraparound deck, you will love to bask in the cooling sea breezes and admire the views of the ocean. With over 2500 square feet, Mar y Sol has all the amenities of home, including high speed internet, washer/dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen - but you're only steps from the beach!

Bathed in an abundance of natural light, the open dining & living area offers high ceilings, a fireplace, and a wet bar where you can prepare delicious afternoon cocktails before stepping out to the massive deck. Or, if you prefer to stay indoors, the large windows offer a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Upstairs, Mar y Sol has a private spacious primary bedroom retreat, featuring a king bed and an ensuite bath with separate tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony with more amazing gulf views.
The home also has three bedrooms on the main floor. Bedroom one has a queen bed, and bedroom two features two sets of queen over queen bunk beds. Bedroom three features a queen bed with a full sized futon. Additional bedding includes twin futons and 1 full sleeper sofa, making space for 16 to sleep comfortably.

No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Everything was perfect and the beach was down the street so that was a plus when you have kiddos. The only down side was there was no ramp or gravel to get to the parking spaces so parking was a little challenging.

Worst house in 5 years of traveling to Crystal Beach

My family has stayed in VRBO homes in many states, FL, CO, OK, NM, TX...etc. No linens is a first for us, but when they say no linens they mean it. Pros- Close to the beach Cons- No hand towels No bath mats Side bath shower does not work If someone is showering and another faucet gets turned on you lose all water pressure. Tub Stopper doesn't work Garbage disposal doesn't work or drain and smells like a dead animal Kitchen is not equipped with enough to prep a meal for a family Ice machine on fridge doesn't work Dishwasher doesn't work Washer and dryer are disgusting and really old Furniture is disgusting and still has goodwill tags on lots of things There were no paper goods or trash bags There is not a broom or mop Stairs had nails sticking up(barefoot at the beach) Lights in the carport don't work properly so don't plan on hanging out downstairs No outdoor shower There is only parking for 1 vehicle and not easily accessible( can't park under cover) Not to mention the cost, thinking it is nice because it is expensive is the complete wrong thing to think. We checked out a day early and booked another house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spent a week at the house, which has a great location near the beach. The check-in was very quick and easy. The house was very clean. The outdoor deck, which is fully covered, has two locations with very nice views of the beach. The interior layout is very spacious, with an open design. The three bedrooms on the main level had queen-sized beds (even the bunk-beds) to allow for a comfortable sleeping environment. There was also couches that could be used as beds. The primary bedroom upstairs was very spacious, with an en suite bathroom having a jacuzzi-style tub and separate shower that was very spacious. The connected deck from the primary bedroom allowed for a private setting during mornings and evenings. Our overall experience was amazing, with everyone being very complimentary of the house. We look forward to hopefully staying there in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice but needs to be cleaned better. We reported that ants were not only in the kitchen, but also in the beds. We were told someone would come spray, but no one ever showed up. Trash was left in the house including dirty diapers. All of which I reported and to date no one contacted me.

Not worth your $$$$$$

I hate to be that person, but don't rent from Swedes Realty. Sooo unorganized. The list is long. -Dirty when arrived --Cleaning ladies cleaning while we are getting ready to make dinner --previous renters dirty linens on front entrance floor -- food stains on tables throughout the house --- dirty sandy comforters --urinated carpets in bathroom --online photos misrepresents property -- outside trash overflowed and smelly as HELL --no outside shower --put your own linens on(that's not a vacation) --wifi NEVER worked --no home inspection -- cabinets stained with food Honestly, I could keep going on. Called to speak to manager. NEVER got a call back. But they got my money. Never again!!!!

A few issues

When arriving at the house we found zero toilet paper in an of the restrooms for a house that sleeps 11 people…I did contact the property managers and they brought some over for us. We later learned that the dishwasher did not work and the bottom of it was nasty and full of old food, it smelled terrible. The kitchen sink would not drain when washing dishes and the garbage disposal didn’t work. The plates and bowls and glasses in the cabinets were dirty and we had to wash them before we could use them. Parking was not the best because you can’t park under the house on the slab and there was not a driveway-everything was grass and that’s where we had to park not knowing if that was ok. We had a good time and the property is very close to the beach. The house had a very nice large porch with plenty of tables and chairs to sit with friends. Overall the house needs a few repairs and some attention, but plenty of room.
