Start your day with a dip in the community pool or rent beach chair service via private beach access just steps from your door. Grab a bike and explore Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved bike bath that traverses through 16 communities along 30A. Grab a bite at Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, or Local Catch Bar and Grill, all just minutes away!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

4 bikes are included with the rental. These bikes belong to the home and must be left locked at the home upon departure. Please report damage to the bikes, if any.

Please Note: The top floor balcony bedroom is closed off and not to be used by guests.

Overall nice stay

Overall it was a nice stay. There was Black Mold in the Washing Machine, the sink in the 1/2 bath on the main floor (2nd) is leaking out of the drain.

Perfect Location

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our two families! Less than 3 minutes from the front door to your beach chair on the sand, and the private beach made our visit so peaceful even in the midst of Spring Break crowds. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The Perfect Beach Getaway

My fiancée and I wanted a change of scenery, so we headed down to 30A for a beach getaway. What we got with this house at Vizcaya was the perfect remedy for our cabin fever from working at home! The house is right next to the beach and the ocean views from the balconies are breathtaking! We actually saw dolphins swimming by several times! The house has practically every amenity you could ever think of and is extremely spacious. To be honest, we felt so comfortable and at peace in the home that it was sometimes a chore to force ourselves to actually go down to the beach! There are tons of great restaurants close by and fish markets so you can cook your own fresh seafood! A week at this home definitely wasn't enough so I know we will be back soon!

Enjoyed our stay, but needs a little attention.

The house is lovely and located at an amazing location on a private beach. Could easily walk to local restaurants and shops, and not too far from Whole Foods and several beautiful State Parks. A few things that could make the stay more enjoyable would be: We couldn’t use the washing machine due to alot of black mold. With no cleaning products onsite and only a sponge and laundry pod I managed to scrub some of the mold away, but the grey seal ring interior still has visible mold and underneath the seal was too difficult to clean any mold from. The induction oven wasn’t useable at all due to the descale schedule, which was flashing on arrival and should have been completed prior to our arrival. The host book mentioned water bottles and a bottle of wine to be left as a gift for guests but the property management company didn’t provide either of these items. The early check out time and late check in time was off putting. For the price of this property I would expect all the bells and whistles and a pristine stay.

Best place to stay on 30A!!!

We are very familiar with 30A, as we live close and travel here often. This home is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and it has the absolute best location of anywhere I've stayed. It was close to everything we wanted to do and the super easy beach access can not be matched on 30A! We were literally steps away from the gulf so there was no hassle about getting to the beach and we loved that we could easily rent chairs and umbrellas right on the spot if we needed them. The views from the home were gorgeous! We loved sitting on the balcony every day. We also enjoyed using the paddle boards and bikes that were included. The neighborhood was very quite and peaceful which made our trip so relaxing. The bedrooms were all large with nice size closets and every bed was made up like a luxury hotel which is typically very hard to find in a rental home. There is a Publix close so there was never a long hall or traffic to get something that we needed. I'm thrilled that we've found a home away from home!! We've already booked another week to come back and we're excited to make lots of family memories in this home when we travel to the beach!
