During busy times there are Blackout Dates for parking, this means we are only allowed to give out 1 pass per condo. This is the HOA policy. Blackout Dates are May 26 - 29, June 11 - July 30, September 1-4, October 14-16.

LOW TRAFFIC Part of Panama City Beach. You Will NOT Be Stuck In Gridlock Traffic Here On The East End Of The Beach.

Seychelles is adjacent to 'Schooners', the Last 'Local' Beachclub/Restaurant in PC Beach - Good food and great music! Resort is convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling and other area attractions.

PETS: Seychelles is not a pet friendly resort. Additionally the owner of this condo has severe allergies further restricting the allowance of pets. If you have a service animal we would kindly request that you reach out to us to inquire about our many other properties that can accommodate you and your service animal.

If you enjoy cooking, Publix and Winn-Dixie stores are only 1 mile away. A 5-minute short walk on the beach will lead you to St Andrews State Park.

The condo was very spacious & clean. My only complaints are that there are not enough dish cloths, dish towels & wash cloths. Maybe that's why some of the dishes weren't as clean as I would have done them

I was worried about the 21st floor because I have never stayed that high up. Surprisingly the elevators were fast and the view for fireworks was spectacular. Suitable for 2 pre teens and adults.

Great family getaway

Clean and View was Amazing!

Absolutely loved the view and will gladly stay in this same Condo again, there was plenty of cook wear and was also happy to see beach chairs and things for the beach like a wagon, and an ice chest!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was pretty great. I was nervous about it being 21st floor but it was less scary than I thought and the elevators were very fast. The wrap around views of the bay, intercostal, pass, and gulf were incredible. We loved the view from the balconies and also from the kitchen/dining/living areas. One of the bathrooms wasn’t clean and I reported it and got a quick response offering to clean it the next am, but we needed to use it that night and just cleaned it ourselves. The only other complaint would be that the floors were pretty grimy. They should probably be scrubbed after every use, but that’s pretty common for a beach rental.The location was excellent - not far from good restaurants. We especially enjoyed walking next door to Schooners. Overall the stay was exceptional and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing view and beach

We loved our stay. In a great location that’s quieter than the busy section. Great condo with fantastic views. Would come again. Only downfall is only one parking pass so when you have a group of 8 staying you need to find alternate parking lots which can add up $$

A LOT of basic things missing upon check in. Nothing done about it until the end of the 3rd day of our stay.No washcloths, no hand towels, no dish towel, no sponge, no dish cloth and no bathmats in the two bathrooms. and there was 1 hair dryer for the 2 bathrooms. mentioned all of this within an hour of check in. was eventually told we would have all delivered the next day. So we showered without washcloths and used towels as bathmats and dish towels.The 5 east facing windows were covered with thick plastic due to painting the outside of the building. so no view out those windows for the first 3 days.No seasonings at all in the kitchen. No salt, pepper, sugar. Nothing but dishes and silverware. communication with management couldn't have been worse. Promises and apologies for the first 7-8-9 attempts to rectify any of this.Not to mention 3 non-english speaking men showing up on our 21st floor balcony at 10am the first day. No warning, no notice. just came walking around the corner or a wrap around balcony while we were having coffee. Scared my wife to death.NOT a good time at all.

We had the best time. The condo was perfect with everything we needed. We loved the wrap around balcony which we spent lots of time on after enjoying the beach each day. And…next door to Schooners…what’s not to like??

Great Vacation

The view at the property is amazing! It was big spacious and nicely decorated and organized. It was close to great places to eat St Andrews park and Schooners restaurant. The staff was friendly and we had a wonderful vacation! The only thing that was a bit of a bummer is that the hot tub on the property outside was not working, but one of the pools was heated so we still had fun swimming! We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

We loved this condo and the fact that it was a corner unit with an amazing view. Everything was very clean and nice. It had comfortable beds with nice linens. The only thing it could use is new/ better cookware and more utensils and knives. We enjoyed our stay and would like to book it again for our next trip if available.

As advertised!

This condo was exactly how it was listed. The corner unit balcony was a hit during our stay. Plenty of room for our big family. My only criticism would be for updated cookware and a better broom to keep the floors sand free. With that said, we would love to come back again!

It was a very spacious unit. LOVED the wrap around views! Could have had more seating outside, perhaps a table to eat at on the deck but had plenty of seating inside. Would love to go back again!
