The perfect Scottsdale location! Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake with views of Camelback Mountain! Directly on the Scottsdale bike path, within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shopping. Bikes included in the 1 car garage! Tons of extra parking for guests. Light, bright and airy, this secondary floor unit was remodeled December 2021 with a brand new kitchen including gorgeous stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop. Huge double walk-in shower in the master bathroom, and large secondary bath with tub shower combo. Master and secondary bedroom have king beds, and 3rd room/study has a pullout sofa bed for a guest. Community pool and spa are across the parking lot! Washer/dryer included in unit. We look forward to having you!

We stayed for a month in this wonderful condo with a beautiful view of a lake with a sunset behind the mountains. The unit was well equipped and close to a walking / biking path that is very nice for walks or bike rides all the way to Scottsdale old town.

Really nice place

Just finished a 1 month stay and really enjoyed it. Enjoyed it so much we wanted to come back next year for 2 months but got bumped out by a 3 month rental. Location is perfect. Walking distance to places to eat and the walking path along the water is wonderful. The view off the patio is great. Well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Only real complaint is for the high windows in the master bedroom. Blinds would be really helpful to keep the early sunrise out of the bedroom. Deal breaker, no.Communication with Brittany was wonderful and she replied to my questions quickly. You'll enjoy your stay.

Wonderful Experience!

The condo was a perfect get-a-way retreat. The kitchen was amazing, stocked with every gadget/small appliance a chef or could imagine needing. The walking trail led to at least seven restaurants/cafes so no need to cook if you chose not to do so. The interior was very relaxing, everything I needed that was availabe. The pool was a few steps away from the unit. All the neighbors were welcoming. Brittany was very responsive to any questions. One of the top short term condos I have rented throughout the country!

Beautiful Condo on the lake

This condo is beautiful! It’s located in a quiet, gated community near a small Mercado with some great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the walking trail just out the back of the complex and also enjoyed the lake view! Host was great! Communication before, during and after always positive! Had a wonderful time!

A beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful, and the decor is exquisite. We were there for a month, and the condo had everything we needed. The kitchen is better equipped than our own home. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the ducks, geese, egrets, and blue herons. We walked to Press Coffee every morning. The location of the condo is perfect. There are at least ten restaurants within walking distance. Agave has the best guacamole. The condo is in McCormick Ranch, which is halfway between Kierland and Old Scottsdale. The owners, Brittany and Mike, are awesome. They immediately respond to any questions. This is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in.

This property was lovely! Everything you need and perfect location. The bed was so comfortable and nice towels/ linens which is very important to me. Extremely clean!! Lovely Scottsdale Vacay Condo w/Lake Views & All You Need

I am from Scottsdale, AZ and have remodeled several homes myself. I found myself in need to a short-term rental in the area. I absolutely loved this darling little condo. Owners have thought of every little furnishing a person/couple could need. There is no gadget you won’t find in the kitchen. Place is modern and clean. Huge walk-in shower in master bath with dual shower heads. I like having a TV to watch in bed so the master having one was great. Large walk-in closet offers plenty of room for clothes. The second bedroom is spacious. Living room is comfy with great fireplace (I didn’t use) and a separate den is also there offering more space. Great Keurig coffee pot offers options for both pods or to make a regular pot of coffee. Wake up and drink your coffee on patio with a great view of the lake. This place is walking distance to many great restaurants. It’s an upstairs unit, has a single car garage, and access to the nearby community pool w/ a jacuzzi. I highly recommend!

Fantastic 2 Bedroom Retreat

Perfect location for all things Scottsdale and Phoenix. Unit is on the second level with views out over the lake. Running just outside the unit is a fantastic bike path that goes on for miles. The host was highly responsive and a joy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area.

The best rental experience!

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful property from the most gracious host, Brittany. The property itself was perfect from the location, the layout, the decor, the linens, how well it was stocked, the list could go on and on. Then there is the host, Brittany. She was amazing! Helpful, responsive, friendly, welcoming, warm and generous. She answered every question we had, touched base before check in & before check out. We absolutely loved every part of our experience & would highly recommend this host and rental to anyone. We hope to visit there again soon & cannot say thank you enough!

WOW! Place was like new and host was better.

Brittany is the best host we have had so far, from now on the other places will be getting 4 stars. She worked with us and was very accomodating and truly earned 5 stars. The property was fully remodeled. Very clean and fresh. The biggest reason for 5 stars is Brittany was a great host and very helpful.

Amazing!!!

We had a wonderful time at Palm Cove. The location is amazing. So nice to be able to just walk to some really nice restaurants. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoy the serene and beautiful lake. We went bike riding along the lake and that was so much fun easy trail. Brittany was attentive to making our checking easy for us. The condo is tastefully decorated, beautiful kitchen, huge master bath with two shower heads. Super clean! We loved it so much we spend a lot of time in the condo. Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect vacation home

Brittany, is a perfect and kind host. She is very welcoming. Easy access. Home is practically on the lake. Subdivision is well maintained. Home was tastefully decorated and furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels including ones for the pool and linen. Perfectly equipped Kitchen. Fast wifi and a printer. Large screen TVs in the family room and in the 2 bedrooms. A bottle of champagne at the table was a nice touch. There was plenty of coffee. I recommend Brittany vacation home with great confidence.
